Indonesian call it REBUNG.
And it can be delicious in any indonesian cuisins...
Especially with SANTAN and SPICY taste.
Usually I cook it as LODEH or just boil it and make KULUPAN. Eat with sambal or mix into javanese salad (PECEL).
I'm starving, by the way 🤤
