Differrnt tribes have their own way of processing or preparation of bamboo shoots.. The konyak tribe would prepared bamboo shoots right in there where bamboo is grown.. Where one can processed as many as he can.. A big bamboo badkets of 2, 3 will be weaved and after the bamboo shoot is prepared it will be leave in the basket for fermentation for 1 or 2 months . ready to used.. 🇮🇳🙏

Aos will not eat the water use with naked hands.
They make an bambo long basket and covered it with banana leaf inside the basket and put the smashed bamboo shoot. After that they will tied it to a strong standing wood or hang on wall and put stone upon the basket to squized the water after 3 days they will take it down ,to collect the water they will keept some blastic kilon or bottle.
