    Great workout Coach B, more kettlebell workouts please. I want to be combining your walking walkouts with strength training and I recently got kettlebells therefore would love more videos like this on how to use them effectively. Thank you so much for all your workouts.

    Really like the efficiency of kettlebell, I do it so often. This one made my obliques and legs working very hard with using my heavier kettlebell. Thanks a lot for sharing.

    What can I substitute the lunges with? I recently had ankle fusion surgery so I can really do those.
