I had the same issue with my skin breaking out like crazy bc of the nexplanon implant!! It took months after removing it for my skin to fully heal from how bad my acne was :( I’d recommend going to a dermatologist too to see if they can give you any topical treatments to help while your body is adjusting to not having the implant anymore!

Also, I totally could relate to the birth control
acne!!! I was originally on the pill but I decided to switch to an IUD bc I noticed a significant difference in hair loss/thinning I experienced with the pill. BUT THEN, I started to experience uncontrollable acne (area where bronzer goes, chin, jawline, temples). At first I thought maybe it was from the mask, lifestyle, etc., but I just found that the acne wouldn’t get any better despite changes I’ve made. 😭😭😭 I would love to get an update on how your current journey is with your acne and if you had any tips/tricks that helped tone them down.
