There's an American couple who moved to Johannesburg 11 months ago. They have been documenting their weekends outings and activities in Johannesburg, and are still discovering new things to do, 11 months later.
Look at the scenery the green, it’s safe and peaceful.
For a house with a pool or for a house that has a lot of amenities South Africa is one place to be a homeowner I’m talking about places like Cape Town places like Pretoria places like Johannesburg and surprisingly you can get those houses between $250,000 to $300,000 without breaking the bank. Another place I would recommend would be Ghana and Rwanda I wouldn’t recommend Nigeria yes there’s a lot of amenities but houses that are on the higher price i’m talking for a house like the ones being shown $450,000 upwards
You will appreciate South Africa better on the ground. The research is well and good, but the real experience is what sells it. Plus as an African American, it does something to your soul to see a beautiful African Nation with African people that are flourishing.

You be surprise if you can see Pretoria and Durban, I like Joburg but if you get to Durban you'll feel like you amongst your people. They don't show much of Pretoria because you find a lot of High class suburbs where you find presidential representatives, from all over the world and extreme rich people.
