Loved this video. What would be your tips on choosing a rug to be used over a carpeted living room space? Most of the ones I see on magazines, internet have been on floorboards.
Can you tell me where you found the striped blue rug in your video? It appears in the beginning and the end. It’s exactly what I’m looking for! Thanks :)
Great overview! What about narrow living rooms where foot traffic has to flow through. Do you want a rug that would almost meet either side of the room or just the couch and coffee table area?
Thank you! It's hard to say without fully seeing the space but my instinct is to still select a rug that fills the room but opt for one suitable for traffic like polyester, wool, or indoor/outdoor!
Great tips! Ive actually just ordered 5 samples from LDShoppe this past week. Can't wait for them to arrive. Do you ever put an 8x10 under a king bed? I'm really torn between that and the 9x12 size.
Thank you! Yes, you can definitely put an 8x10 under a king bed. The room size can also help dictate the rug size. If your room is more narrow you may need to opt for this size!
You can have them coordinate in their colour tones, but they don't have to match! Sometimes it's nice if one is more solid and one is patterned. Another example is playing with opposites. One can have a cream background and grey pattern or woven texture and the other is the opposite with a grey background or cream pattern.
I have some rugs that need to be tested.I hope the testers can leave some review for us,which will help us to improve our products.Let me know if you are interested
I don't recommend polyester rugs at all for high foot traffic areas. Mine has crushed and matted because it's in our loungeroom. Stick to low pile rugs that will last longer and use polyester for areas that don't get used much.
Today I am just purchased 8×12 carpet for my living room For 15×15 room But I don't know it's correct in size or not suitable..😢 Please suggest me correct size for my live room

I just pre-ordered a dining room table that normally sits 6 but can be extended to 8. Do I choose an area rug with the 6 seats in mind or the 8?
Great tips!! What are those brown leather bean bags in living room?

Yes! It depends on room size but an 8x10 can work under a king! ☺️

What do you suggest for two rugs that are close together ie. the dining room and living room that are a few metres apart
