I had trouble with the graph editor. Turns out you need to set the graph editor to "edit speed graph" by clicking the menu button next the eye-shaped icon at the bottom of the graph editor window.
For those, who thinks that effect is not working, be sure that you animate scale keyframes in the menu effect->transformation, not just transformation. it is a different parameter!

didnt work... but then the GOOD tutorials on you tube are RARE ( btw nice channel name... did u throw some scrabble tiles on the floor and just go with it ? )
I myself don't have that interface anymore since it was 3 years ago, but you can customize the interface by dragging the windows to where you want them to be
I love your channel and how straight to the point you get! I saw a transition where the creator bumped into a wall and turned into oranges. Any idea how that’s being done please?
Thank you for kind words 😊 Well, that would require a lot more work than this zoom transition 😁 You would have to take multiple shots of before and after the bump and time the oranges or whatever it would be instead, so that the transition is seamless, also add motion blur that always helps 😁
if i change the first keyframe like you did and wanna do the same on the second one, then it automatically influences the first one... what is the fix??
Thank you 😊 I've just realized I've only done Zoom In transitions and not so much Zoom Out ones 😁 I will consider making a separate Zoom Out transition tutorial. Until then maybe you might find this tutorial helpful ua-cam.com/video/rOsQgC4tTkg/v-deo.html The approach is very different, but the end result could be a great Zoom Out 😁
Hey, I do remember about your request, just wanna make sure what kind of panoramic transition you want to see, could you show me an example of it in action, that would be great 😁
Hey bro i did exactly what you did but when i open the graphs mine is not like that but it only goes uphill and then down to the lvl it started what am i doing wrong cuz its not many steps xd
@@SmertimbaGraphics i have found out that it was issue with renderer, i had selected CUDA one and when i switched to normal it works now. thanks for reply!
Hey, I've just found out that your comment was in held for review section, sorry for the late response. I checked the video you linked and those are basic AMV zoom in/out transitions, I have tutorials on how to do those on the channel, look for the amv zoom transitions 👀😁
This tutorial would have been perfect if you just included how to do the second step, aka cutting the adjustment layers. I've been looking up other tutorials just to figure out how to do that one thing. You went over how to create a new adjustment layer but then just brush right over the next step without even saying what hotkey you just used or how to do it. I'm trying not to come off as angry in this comment but I've been spending like 10 minutes looking up and figuring out how to do that one thing. What's the point of shortening videos if you don't include necessary details? EDIT: For those also wondering, the shortcut is CTRL+SHIFT+D Also I just saw the in-depth tut. Watching that one now.
I apologize for not making it clear, but I had just started making videos around that time in 2021 and natually I was still figuring out the flow/pace of the video. I do include every step in my recent videos though. I should make an update for this zoom transition I guess.
@@SmertimbaGraphics Hi. I'm here too. I add the shutter angle keyframe to the variation layer, but nothing happens. However everything is programmed exactly as in your tutorial.

TY TY TY TY TY!!!! Worked Just Like You Said!! TY! .. Is There Any Way To Sav This As A Transition So I Dont HavE To Go Through The Process Again?
Sure, select effects in effect controls panel, then click animation up top and save as a preset
How did you cut the adjusment layer into 2 part?
You can split a layer by pressing ctrl+shift+d, or select it and go up to edit, split layer

And use ss radial blur cool idea. Fnx
You said press F9 but it doesn't work bc im on Mac so what do I press now?
You can select the keyframes, right click, keyframe assistant and choose easy ease
Which are version are you using in the video?
