Pressing U isn't showing up any keyframes. Is there a fix? And also what if the first clip is in the middle, but the second is on the left, for example? How do I make the transition in the second clip to focus on the left
If you have created the keyframes they should show up. As for aligning the clip, you can do that before adding the transition, move the clip to place whatever part you want in the middle.
