I was just thinking that I don't actually have my own opinions, or that's what it feels like. As soon as I read anything that's genuinely well worded and well thought out I'm like oh, of course that's the correct opinion. I don't even know what sort of media to consume to make my arguments on things more solid. I don't mean any of this relating to big political ideals that seem just black or white to me.
I get this as well sometimes, I have to spend so much time on my own to actually figure out what I think - I can never tell if it’s my own thought or if I’ve heard it/read it somewhere 😭
Positive affirmations on "The talking too much" topic Silence is okay. Silence doesn't mean you have nothing to say. Being silent is a powerful tool in conversation. Some things are better left unsaid. I say these in my head when I feel like I'm talking too much 🌷

I’m an avid hiker and I’ll say that I see lots of toddlers in those baby backpacks. Sometimes they let the kid walk till they tire out and then carry them in the backpack. I imagine it’s a bit of up and down depending on what the child wants/can handle, but they seem to work quite well!

In regards to your need to be “more annoying” not only could it be related to the desire to be loved despite your annoyance but also used as a defence mechanism. It’s as if you’re intentionally using behaviours you know will annoy people as a shield for rejection towards your more authentic self. “If I knowingly act annoying and people don’t like me for it I have my conscious actions to blame vs if I let myself act freely and people don’t like me for it I only have myself to blame”. I don’t know if I explained that well but just a theory. Love your introspections! :)

When you said you go through phases where you think everyone thinks you're annoying, 've been watching your content for a minute and have not once even for a split second thought u were annoying and then it made me realize when I'm having bouts where I think everyone thinks I'm really annoying it's probably not true but more self inflicted. Why do we all think everyone hates us. Is it the algorithm or wut, anyway luh u

Good alternative to buying in BT or boots and just such a lovely lovely woman and great to support a woman-owned independent business
I got a body scan done in the gym and my right arm is way stronger than my left from holding my baby, now my toddler 😅 an in for 2024 for me is holding him on my left side.. ffs 😂

Love you Keelin! But I do think it's quite toxic to say or think that "women are superior to men". I don't really think it does well for our society to divide like that and I think most of the time these ideas are held from people who have had a terrible experience with men which is, of course, understandable but something that needs to be worked through in therapy. I'm not trying to defend bad behaviour in men just that it's a toxic idea to run around thinking all men are in some way inherently "bad"
@@KeelinMoncrieff you have certain skills that make me think you could be neurodiverse and autism comes to mind more than adhd. You're very structured and good with order. You set up a great life for your daughter and are great at getting things done. Coupled with the reasons you think you have adhd, i would say its more likely you are autistic!
I would probably contradict this slightly, lots of Keelin's mannerisms remind me of myself (recently diagnosed with ADHD). I have learnt coping mechanisms over life to cope with my brain which includes being overly organised/ordered etc. Autism does run in my family so I could also be autistic too - however, I would probably say both could be a possibility for her rather than just autism due to the structured/order parts :) @@xxKerplunk80xx
