Beyond that, there was nothing stolen that day at all. Thus, there is no universe in which he, or anyone else, could be reasonably suspected of "fleeing a crime" since there is no justification for even the suspicion of a crime having been committed. They know there is no court in the nation which would humor their argument, regardless of how many dim-wits watching happen to believe their hallow assertions of law. They get paid by the hour.

You have to understand how the court room works. The defense is preserving objections for appeal. They may seem crazy or "ignorant" to you but if they don't object at trial then they cant use those issues as grounds for appeal later. This is just basic lawyering.

Troy G 🙄 a) nothing you said negates a judge’s capacity to still be annoyed - the judge clearly recognizes the intention behind the many motions for mistrial, objections, etc., as do I (it’s par for the course), but still doesn’t mean his ass can’t be annoyed, nor can’t I b) I didn’t reference the defense team as ignorant attorneys, I was targeting any possibility of truth based on the warped sense of reality that would generate such comments and c) like the defense team and their motions, your comment to my comment was just as annoying 😇✌🏾

I've lit a fresh blunt every time the DEF has asked for a mistrial,.. I'm happy to report that not only have I singlehandedly run the smoke shop out of blunt wraps but have seen God and was rather surprised to find She was a heavyset black woman setting in an lazy boy recliner smoking havana cigars and watching reruns of the price is right whilst baking brownies with dubious ingredients that she assured me would get me through the rest of this circus.

Officer Rash said he shared Greg McMichael's phone number with Mr. English in a text message that noted Greg McMichael was a former police officer and retired investigator for the local district attorney. He said it was Greg McMichael's idea to let English know he could help watch the property
