I bought a Galaxy S24 Ultra on Feb. the 8th. I traded in my Galaxy S10+. The Samsung store gave me a discount of $610.00 for my trade in. I bought the titanium grey version. This phone has exceeded my every expectation. What a wonderful piece of equipment. Absolutely love it the display is magnificent.
Stick to Apple then. Fat wide is what you like.
In normal countries you have Trade-In politics at least while in others we have only shit spit in the face and they force you to "upgrade" even to more expensive subscription alongside the overpriced phone no matter I've been using only Samsung since 2017 :D

And i would be ready to do the swap, but i know that there are too many ‚that would not work easy as before‘ (Family! Payments! Aso)… so i carry two phone‘s with me as long i don‘t get sick of the ‚weight‘ 😂 or i lose the Ultra. Again… what a great piece of tech… congrats @Samsung
I upgraded from an S22 Ultra to the S24 Ultra as soon as the S24 was announced. It is such a big hardware upgrade but everything is completely familiar with OneUI6.1. Like you I've been a productivity advocate of the Galaxy range since I owned a Note8. Day to day I pair my Ultra to a UPerfect X Dock and when I'm at my desk the Samsung M8 monitor. Really enjoying your videos and picking up some great tips and tricks. Thank you.

I switched almost unintentionally. I went to the store to return the 15 for a bigger storage size, they didnt have it and i did not want to wait. I asked for the Flip. It was also out of stock. Im so happy i went with the Ultra. My goodnesss. I cant wait to see my dads reaction. He said YEARS ago, i would be with Samsung. I should have listened all those many, years ago.
Honestly held onto Apple for so long just from being an iPhone member since the 5s.

Watching on my S23+ in Lavindar. And I say, having my press-and-hold of the home key as Co-Pilot/Bing? I couldn't be happier!
Press-And-Hold of the power button brings up an actions menu, thanks to Routines Plus & Goodlock.
Ya could also bring up the Quick Settings screen with a double-tap of the back of your phone, or whatever action button ya want too, so that may be a nice idea.
I am a Bixby fan, so I have her as a Double-Tap on the back of my phone to bring her up.

@@gilleojax Thank you very much. Yes I heard it is a tiny bit wider then last year. It also has not an edge display now wich make it look also wider. The squared of edges make it feel very striking and I also think wider.
I have it now and I really like the width. Much better then my mate 20 pro wich was my last phone. The mate 20 pro has edges displays wich make it look even narrower wich I don't like.
But I really like my new S24 ultra! Also the elegant look! 👌😁

Im really digging the s24u great phone so far!
Just dropped my order in for the 24u, I was curious tho what the general incentive was for bringing all the accessories over just bringing a laptop. I'm a student, and for my daily carry purposes I just personally can't see the benefit of packing the monitor, the keyboard, etc all separately rather than just bringing my laptop which essentially is all of those components baked in. I like the idea of having the phone itself be a multifunctional device in terms of phone vs work station, but it kind of seems like more steps to reinvent the wheel in that regard, no disrespect of course.

It did the same for me.
I have always had a note device.
I moved from the Note 20 Ultra to this and I didn't expect to find myself just looking at the phone.
I have had a note for ever and I thought I couldn't have a phone that was ever as beautiful as the Note 10+ ever.
I just cannot say how beautiful this phone is and how wonderful it fees in the hand.
I don't know how they did this.
It is a slab of glass for heaven's sake but gosh it is just gorgeous.
Then the functionality...
I am yet to find a picture I don't like.
The video is amazing.
Look I know that the iPhone is slaid to be better but I can tell you now that I would not be able to tell the difference.
This phone never stutters, never pauses.
I am NOT a gaming power user, but I do use if for productivity.
I use it with sportify running in the background playing music. Half the screen is one TV channel playing. Half the screen is another TV channel- Iso 3 sources all playing out of the speakers at the same time while I have it connected to a TV.
It handles it as it is saying, "Is that all you got".
I looked at my edge browser the other day and I had 54 tabs open.
It is just amazing.
The price is from the devil.
No phone should cost £1000 - however Iam going to have it for most of the 7 years that Samsung promise to update it.
It will be worth it.
(I am probably going to be the guy who upgrades it when they make a big enough jump haha).
I did wait though - I had the Note 20Ultra till now and I was truly happy with it.
This phone is just amassing.
The knocked it out of the park.
I have not mentioned the AI features because just don't use them except the circle feature.
Lets see what happens in the future.
How am I going to get any other phone in the future now.
I have not felt this way about a phone since the Nokia E73 and E7 which at the time for me were a perfect phones that looked amazing and provided features which just blew me away.
This phone is everything.
There bis nothing I do on my PC that I couldn't do on my phone now.

Great informative video. Watching on my new s24 ultra, came across from honour magic 5 pro. Which despite all the knocking is a really good phone. All my previous phones have come with screen protectors already installed. Taking into account the anti reflective on this phone. And the fact it is a investment and will want trade in value. Any suggestions for a protector? I'm in UK. Thanks in advance.
I just bought the P8P (256gb) two days ago, and the software is top notch, but coming from an iPhone15 pro and the great build quality , i am now having second thoughts because of the better build and display quality on the S24 ultra. I feel as though I took a downgrade in build quality. I really like the call screening and the slightly better picture quality in some cases on the P8P, but i am not sure its enough to overlook the S24 ultra?

You can pair the galaxy buds while they are in the case by opening the case lid and holding your fingers on both buds at the same time

This is exactly what Apple is hoping happens by there ecosystem. You are very reluctant to leave and they make it somewhat difficult to do. It’s is liberating to get out and try something else. Do not become so attached to a your device(s) that you become a slave to them. If it causes anxiety that’s when you know that you are too attached to these gadgets and that’s what they really are…gadgets!
How is Samsung Knox in comparison to Apple ecosystem? Specifically the password storing and the e-pay system comparing to Apple Pay? Coming from Apple those the things I’m mainly concerned about

Definitely thinking of switching to Samsung (side note about your process on writing notes and turning them into digital. My boss uses the Remarkable tablet its amazing for notes and such and it can transfer your handwriting to text. But that's a whole other device for notes that you'd need to have haha. But honestly I'm thinking about picking myself up one as well.

Good video! I'm still rockin the S22 Ultra, I'm going to wait until the S25 Ultra comes out because the S24 although it's a great phone it's just not compelling enough to upgrade. I hear the AI features are going away anyway and will be "pay only". At that point unless you are hard core most people won't find the need to take advantage of them if they have to pay extra per month.

Anyone using AirPods Pro 2 on S24U? If so, is the sound quality really different compared to iPhone?
My hand was forced to get a new phone when my S20ultras screen went black after it cracked. Long story short I checked with my carrier before buying a s21 and they had a killer deal. The S24Ultra is a great phone so far and I'm glad it went the way it did.
My S20 just went out 2 days ago. The phone just stopped connecting to my carrier. Mind you I bought it refurbished like 2 years ago and abuse it. After many attempts to fix the problem I have concluded it is dead lol. S24 U arrives tomorrow and I couldnt be more hype!
Saved 1st time you popped up! I love my S24 Ultra Deep Purple ... little hint if you're a type of person that keeps their phones cpl years? Try to stay away from Super fast charging.... if you upgrade yearly like I do not so much a worry! Unless, samsung doesn't put the micro SD card back....!!! Grrr....

Longer than the iPhone and the iPhone is slightly wider but with a case on you should be fine

Maybe it's been said already, the reason the 24 ultra feels better in the hand versus the iPhone. Balance. The iPhone feels top heavy. The Samsung feels balanced. I have both phones as well. To me that same effect is felt.

Had a Note 20U and decided to spend some money. Got the S23U unlocked, I WANTED the S24 but unlocked new was more than I wanted to spend. The other option was get a contract.
Cellular iPad mini, for all of the iOS stuff. S24 Ultra for the phone. Best of both worlds.

U are repairing ur galaxy buds wrong. U don't repair them in the ear😅... put them in the case and press on each bud. The case will trigger paring mode

Can you please tell me how to get sound frome boath spekers in a voice call. The sound comes Just form the speaker under. So the sound is bad. When i lissen to spotify it coms from boath speakers. I Hope its Just a bug.

I did and I was the guy online for the last year telling EVERYONE the s23u is the greatest phone EVER made ...welp if anyone knows smartphones know truly how INCREDIBLE the s24u is...trumps the s23u in EVERY way except the 10x zoom...the 75% less glare is one of the greatest flexes and works amazingly ever on a phone...seriously everyone who runs with Android should have one

I’ve been thinking about this a lot and I have every Apple device that I’ve ever made and I’m completely bored and when I realize this Apple wants to sell you three or four devices to do everything saying Samsung wants to sell you one device if they can sell you too great but they don’t really care and I feel like they make everything Phone and the older I get I don’t wanna have all these devices away at me. I want one device that can do everything and I feel like Samsung offers that And I’m just so bored with Apple they never innovate they never add features that are really helpful. There’s no multitasking. Siri is absolute trash and Samsung and Google need to be rewarded for building phones that are helpful.
