he is using a program like gameshark or an editor to add resources to himself and edit other things within the game. at 1:21:17 he has no food no fuel and no commodities. you then see his game stop moving around for a minute and literally watch as 700 food 200 fuel and 700 commodities are magically added to the guys resource pools. i dont know why you would bother cheating on a brand new unfinished game.
