- Nobody wants OCD. It can be an overwhelming, debilitating condition. But there are some common strengths in people who have OCD.
While learning to crush OCD, it is important to also celebrate your attributes that make you amazing. Often we miss these things and forget to notice the aspects of you that make you wonderful.
In this week’s UA-cam video I’ll be talking about some common personality traits seen in people with OCD. What strengths do you have? Let us know in the comments!

So spot on with my daughter with anxiety and OCD. She’s SO smart, creative, super observant, and has such a big heart. ❤️ love your videos!!
I'm not a kid, but an adult with OCD. And I will have to get back to you about super powers.. 😊
I would say a superpower for us is the ability to run through as many potential outcomes of a circumstance as possible… a blessing and a curse lol
ocd is just a byproduct of genius
We recently found your channel, and we plan to follow you and watch all we can. We are currently trying ERP with our 9 year old boy, and you have a lot of helpful information. Thank you ❤️❤️
Don’t give up. . My son had OCD and anxiety. It started in 5th grade and got better in 9th. He also had school phobia. It finally got a lot better in HS. He ended up having a 4.0 from 10 grade all the way through a top tier college. He now works for a major hedge-fund, is highly respected, makes over $250K at 26 and lives in a doorman building in Manhattan. Oh and is in graduate school for his MBA and studying for his CFA exam.
You are amazing. This is so beautiful and empowering❤️.
God bless you🩷
