I love my pop and dance music but growing up in Northern Wisconsin I adore my country. Adore the pop version of this song but Gaga crushed me with this, made it fit me even more. Wish she'd do more like this. God knows she's got the voice to do anything. ♡

When I was young (i don't remember how old i was, maybe 10? 11?) i listened to Born This Way on the TV and loved it. Wanted to download the song through an mp3 downloader website to have it in my mp3 player. I didn't know the website gave me this version and have always thought this was how the song originally sounded. When I watched the music video again few years later I was soo confused lol. I love this version al lot, it's what I grew up listening to.

It shows great depth when an artist can sing and perform multiple genres, as GaGa has proven she can perform Pop, classical, country, spanish... and a few more! GaGa is truly talented even if you don't like her, I have many friends who hate her and still admit that she's incredibly talented, and one even likes this new country version! Love ya GaGa and you will always have my support as well as love!

*The lyrical concept of this album for me is way beyond very necessary and has helped a lot of people in so many ways. I really love this album well who doesn't duh right? But still her debut album The Fame will always be my fav of all time. Chromatica is amazing and the tracks surprised me and even made me appreciate our Mother Monster more. Like what i just mentioned, The Fame will be my all time fav. That's my opinion xoxo♡*
This is the type of stuff she SHOULD have released on Joanne. All that litterally happened was that they changed the synths into guitars, so Lady Gaga could have litteraly made a song with RedOne and had someone swap out the electronic drums and synths in for accoustic drums and guitars and she would have had multiple hits.

Honestly my favorite version of this song.
I love this song! Every time I hear it, I sing it on my boyfriend's face. He wants to turn me in his ideal submissive Anglo/Saxon dream girl which is not me, instead, he ended up with a feisty Spanish girl (me). Like the song says: "I'm on the right track baby, I was born this way". He will not and he cannot change me because I was born this way.
Gaga is so Amazing. The best thing about her is not only does she write her own songs, but she performes her songs and always tweeks them to make them even better live!! :) She amazes me everytime I listen to her!
