It's simple: "Jak II" had a negative impact on him. It's understandable why. It wasn't kiddy like "Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy". Not only that, but after the first game, there was a huge drop in quality, and I could see that, even as a middle ground Naughty Dog fan. That's really all on the popularity of "Grand Theft Auto III" at the time, which basically caused the decline of 3D platformers that are kiddy, so much so that the "Sly Cooper" trilogy ended up being very niche.
Cause they are a shell of their former self. All the talent and heart and soul of the studio left or was fired years ago. Replaced by DEI and activist hires. Druckman also worships feminist hacks like Anita Sarkesian. Who is arguably the biggest reason why the industry is in the sh*tter the way it is. They dont care about money. Its all about the message to them. U can choose to disagree with me. Thats fine. But the evidence for what im saying has been there for over a decade or more.
@@kcadventures1454 tbf the video isnt saying naughty dog specifically the new trailer and TLOU part 2, its saying all of naughty dogs work such as uncharted, jak and daxter, crash bandicoot, TLOU part 1 (which even most people will agree was pretty damn good where the second was divisive to say the least). So id say its a bit weird him saying he hates everything that theyve ever made, out of those games hes bound to have liked atleast one of them hence the original comment. I mean i can understand not liking the new trailer and what not but saying the entire company is shit for one trailer seems a bit far fetched.
