    It’s hard because every time I try this method I either start to get that feeling of being lightheaded or I yawn. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

      Hey S, thanks for writing in and great question! Usually both feeling lightheaded and yawning is a simple explanation that you are not getting enough oxygen. This can also pop up when exposing yourself to a stimulus you are not conditioned for. But over time, both consistency with the exercise and with nostril breathing can work wonders for you if willing to give it more time. Also consider increasing any rest times during your routine, giving yourself a chance to catch your breath. Best of luck!
