In many ways the s24 ultra is an upgrade from the iphone (speaking as someone who also has both).
What abput camera and screen problems ? I heard the S24 much better after last update
@alibineisa2533 i didnt notice a huge difference in the screen to be honest.
Cameras are very comparable except the zoom on the iphone is terrible still.
@@redstang70and pics where the subject is moving, even a little bit, still turn out horrible and unusable on the s24U

Had a chance to try the s24 myself for few days. Currently have an iPhone 12 pro max. Defiantly the s24 has a better screen and the camera is insane. Fingerprint unlock is really nice but the face recognition defiantly needs improved. Everything is so much more customizable on the s24. However, I did notice a few quirks with some of the s24 main google mail and messaging apps. Two of the apps that many users frequently use. I had notifications of incoming email messages on the screens icons where no email was present. This is after of course after I deleted the mail already. I had to turn off and on the screen or sometimes restart the device completely to remove them. Just small things like that. I think any tech tweaker would love the s24. But for grandma or mom not so much. That's the thing apple has it the same simple, boring problem free GUI. Swipes, extra zoomed icons, toggle settings, and the fact there are less settings to fiddle with that incises many.
I started my out from apple garden 🍎 going to flip5 📱 to just see what is round the corner. Boom, now I'm on s24 ultra. 📱 Iphone gone, apple watch gone. ⌚️ Only keep the macbook for me 💻 and ipad for kids. 👶 About speakers, I prefer the Amazon, which goes with fire stick 🔥 and fire cube, so is OK. 👍
I had iPhone 15 pro max, I bought s24 ultra 512gb, and I switched. what I dont like about the s24 ultra, it does not support Dji mimo app top use with the Oslo mobile 3 gimble and thats all.
Samsung is superior and its no comparison
I have the s23 ultra but I like the s24 ultra better due to that dark screen glasss non reflective. But I decided to wait for the z fold 6 ultra and s25 ultra and fold 7
People Saying the iphone has a better gaming experience is preposterous when it has poor thermal management . As far as triple A games I play xbox games and Nintendo games on my s23 ultra and many at 60 fps and I can even wirelessly play on my samsung TV.
The s24 ultra is far superior with the s pen gestures and utilization when my fingers get tired and for photos from a distance , Samsung health w blood pressure monitor records and fitness charts , Samsung flow , Dex , Samsung Smart View, Samsung TV , wireless projection , 10 x zoom , excellent battery , thermal cooling and superb performance on low battery mode , emulator gaming way beyond the iPhone 15 pro expensive gaming , superior multi tasking with exclusive edge panel up to 3 apps at a time , superior in screen fingerprint scanner etc . Also the s23 ultra has dynamic island, and you can download anything from anywhere. Samsung and the other Android like Google and Huawei and Xiaomi offer far more innovation and make some of the best most fun and productive phones I've ever used.
Most iPhone users will not make the jump simply because of being tied to the Apple eco-system.

I didn't for a couple years since the ecosystem is phenomenal and it hooks you in hard. Now I finally have a Pixel 8 and I'm slowly degrading from the Apple ecoystem.
The only benefit of owning an iphone over a samsung is the over all security it provides to the user

@robhughes8516 both have their issues. There's no absolute product. It's what suits you best. I'm definitely not down with that apple eco system because I like my freedom and not being depending on that system.
The ecosystem of Apple literally is like prison, you want out but you can't get out, no thanks!
Samsung guarantees 7 years of OS and security updates. Apple does not even guarantee 3 years!!!
Apple has always provided years of updates, they don’t need to announce what is expected and normal for them.

@dave6018 I have 2x s24 ultras in my house. Mine and my wife s. Both devices are great. No grainy display on either of them
Well I've had 2 s24u both with heavy grain and banding on them. Alot of people have had the same problems and returned them. The display is poorly calibrated. And no it's not just apple people that sees it. U need to know how to look for it also. Some have it but don't know they do. The display is good but has alot of problems.

Buy the s24 ultra try its camera in lowlight conditions then say to me what you got to say .
If someone actually tries both phones you can’t call him a sheep.
I don't care who has the best camera or is the fastest phone in benchmarks. Every flagship smartphone takes super pictures and video's and is blazing fast. 97% of all smartphone users don't even see the differences.
I'm a SMARTPHONE user so I want the best screen (dpi/brightness/anti-glare), best battery, best/most usablility and productivity options, best gaming- and multi-media experience, best personalization options and best innovation.
I want DEX, KNOX, S-PEN, call recording, multi-tasking, multi-window, fingerprint scanner, best screen, widgets, themes, integration with windows, the biggest eco-system (Samsung SmartThings), fast charging, fast wireless charging and I want AI.
On all these aspects the S24 Ultra is destroying the iphone 15 PM big time. So why keep people buying these antiquated, restricted and very very limited iphones?

Well some of the things you mentioned are iphone things like the better gaming experience steadier performance due to the better processor and gpu and how the hardware and the os are optimised .
The best AI features for me are available for iphone on google photos app.
Never had to use samsung dex but I like the idea .
S24 ultra might have the best display ever.
But that camera really shocks me that I still think there might be a software issue with it .
And I hate paying that kind of money and get this experience.
If you are talking about average users they shouldn’t get any of these ultra and pro phones there are much better options for them.
And by the way I don’t think that any of them are arguing about this ob youtube :)
I did not mean to say that s24 ultra is a bad phone but I really believe that people should know about its lowlight photography issues before they pay 1300$ in the US and even more everywhere else.
