How to cold moist stratify tiny seeds in the fridge (also applies to medium and large seeds)

Most native seeds require cold moist stratification (freeze and thaw cycle to break their protective shells so that they can germinate). This is a video how to do this process in the fridge, using regular potting mix. After the number of days are reached, seeds can be sown in pots outdoors or indoors.
