A bit late to your channel but man. U had me at " I got this for daily driver not to keep in the garage"! That's how Iam. N think, if I have or anyone gets an awesome car like this DRIVE IT! Enjoy it
She's a beaut. I personally like the satin black hood, especially on these rich colors like the blue, green,, mango and red. Hell, even the Destroyer Grey looks more menacing with the black hood. A final touch that a lot of owners overlook is taking care of the rubber (and rims) with some Armor All to keep them nice and black. It' takes such little effort and keeps the car looking like it just came off the showroom floor.Just need some 3.09 rear axle like the Demon is going to have and you're all set...
Nice. Just picked up my B5 Blue Hellcat on Tuesday morning. I think ours are optioned exactly alike, except I didn't want a moonroof (cuts into headroom too much). I've had a B5 Blue '10 SRT-8 before, as well as a '11 Inaugural (only two color options for it, though... no B5 dang it). Nice car, enjoy that power!
Nice list of mod so far and great numbers. You may look into the American Racing 2" long tube headers though. Their is no gain from stock shorty headers to JBA. I'm sure most of the gains were from high flow mids. Also, you may look into adding a Killer Chiller system from Kincaid Performance. It will prevent heat soak.
+James Orr Thanks James, I dont think there was much gain either but it did go to 1 7/8 primaries from the stock 1 3/4. Ive been talking with Bwoody as they are making a chiller of their own but ive heard good things about Kincaid performance. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my video, i appreciate it James.
I ordered a 2015 challenger hellcat b5 blue but when it arrived it was red tricoat pearl. My wife loved the red so I went ahead and bought the car.Now that I think about it I wonder if she might had changed the color behind my back.lol
Three quick questions: What's your boost with that pulley? Did you dyno after each upgrade? What would you consider to have given you the single greatest gain?
You are welcome buddy. I am a huge Mopar fan since I was a kid. I had a 72 Challenger in high school which was many years ago. B5 has always been my favorite color and I would love to have it on a 69 Road Runner which is my favorite by Mopar. I have a Beep Beep horn on my HEMI Ram.
Great videos Sam! I see you on the FB group all the time as well... I'm learning more and more about cars and mods as I go.. Could you do me a favor and be a little more descriptive in describing the benefits of each mod you make as you go? or can you recommend any videos where I could learn more about engines?...I.E., what the benefit is to swap out/ add a pulley...Catch cans... headers and so on...I'm a newbee and I don't care who knows..im just trying to learn as I go! lol...-Victor
Nice man! I like the cat on the back. B5, the fastest color of course. Much wiser choice over red ;) it's been my experience that once you get up into this much horsepower, 50hp, 100hp isn't real noticeable. But, with the tq curve of the hellcat, that may be different. How much can you notice the extra hp/tq on the street? And f*ck a header install. I'll pull an engine myself, install a whole engine myself. I'll pull Pistons out...I will NOT install headers myself on one of these hemi's ever again. Lol
The horsepower never falls on the hellcat. When you get tuned, make sure they raise the redline, i picked up 23whp going from 6250rpm to 6400rpm. On the header situation, i take it to my friend with a lift!!!lol You inspired me to do this video when you became my 20 subscriber lol
which Red? there is tor red, red line red and octane red. I do like the blue but do not like a total black interior. So I bought redline red with Sepia interior
hi christian here from Germany, really nice Hellcat :) ! i have a 2016 hellcat chilly and i talked already to Bwoody performance because i wanna go with the stage 2 kit with a 2.85 pulley...but what i don't understand is why do i have to install a crank pinning kit ? maybe you can help me with some info or tricks thanks christian
ahh okay that means a lot of work and drill breakers :) i saw a video of a black hellcat and he took everything apart just to reach the spot…how did you do it ? cheers
+killer151 the gamer It was included in the price of the stage2 kit from Bwoody/ID MOTORSPORTS but i think its $150 if youvwant a tune from ID Motorsports
+Steve C Its kind of hard to make any good power without voiding your warranty. You can do full bolt-ons but wouldnt really benifit you without a tune and to tune it you already know that you will have to gwt your pvm unlocked or buy an unlocked one. Some dealerships are cool with mods and some arent.
Good point. Great car. I will keep mine stock for now with 300 miles on it but your giving me the bug.I had to buy a Hellcat because some jerk totaled my 2016 Scat Packer Shaker and the only car close in b5 was the Hellcat. I loved the look of the Shaker but the Hellcat is just a better car in many ways. I only wished the ACC and a Shaker could be fitted.Overall the Hellcat drives rides handles and the 8 speed shifts better besides the power difference. I had the other car 13 months and loved it but the Hellcat is the legend.
LOL, Mines a red one , I don't really like that color gonna get it repainted, thinking dark red under coat with black. so it looks black during the day and a dark cherry red under a street light. but I've enjoyed your videos bro. have you done all the modes yourself?
That b5 blue is super nice.
Thanks, i agree,i love the color!!
My favorite color also. Chrysler always stays loyal to their past with colors, style, and horsepower. It takes a Mopar to catch a Mopar!
cool video man, I got your you tube name from the side of your car. I work at the Dodge store in Odessa TX and we just got this car on the lot

+Tbone Slim I always do the tires, I probably wasnt finished yet. Thanks for the comment and stopping by!!
Best color to get for it with the black wheels
+Toofast For you I agree
very nice, I am on the fence about installing catch can. your thought are appreciated .

She's totally sweet, thank you for sharing. Can you say HORSEPOWER MONSTER? Lovin' it!
Three quick questions: What's your boost with that pulley? Did you dyno after each upgrade? What would you consider to have given you the single greatest gain?
Im seeing 15-16 pounds with the 2.75" pulley and yes i dyno'd after every mod i did. The mod that you will feel most is the pulley and tune.
Blue is my favorite . I purchased a granite color hellcat.
Amazing!
+1969 Mopar Thanks i appreciate it,i need to do another one on the stuff ive added. Thanks for stopping by my channel!! :)

this thing must fuckin fly...
+Chris Pastuf It does, shes putting out a little more power than what was said in this video. Thanks for checking out my vid!!
+sizzlessnet love it man in jealous!
+Chris Pastuf Thanks brother, i appreciate it

+Troy Mustgrave Thanks Troy, hopefully they are good to you!!! Lol

+sizzlessnet yay! I did some good in the world! Well, mods getting ordered sometime this month. Can't wait. Post more vids!
+U. B Thanks!!!
+U. B Thanks!!!
Would the stock injectors not keep up with the mods you have? Or was there other reasons for changing them?
for sale???

Have you had any issues with that intake in the rain?
I see it’s right under that vent in the hood.
I’m interested in it for mine. But I daily it.
No issues but they sell a guard that you can put there to block water from getting on the filter.

Super Maci Its so you wont over spin the crank. It will cause engine failure if it does.
ahh okay that means a lot of work and drill breakers :) i saw a video of a black hellcat and he took everything apart just to reach the spot…how did you do it ? cheers
How much did it cost to get it tuned
+killer151 the gamer It was included in the price of the stage2 kit from Bwoody/ID MOTORSPORTS but i think its $150 if youvwant a tune from ID Motorsports
looking to do some work on my 17 charger hellcat what is some of the first things i should do?
+Steve C Depends, what do you want out of your car? Straight line power, handling or just want a little bit of reliable power?
just want to add some power that is not too hard to remove. don't want to lose my warranty, idk if pulleys/CAI/PCM are that hard to install and remove
+Steve C Its kind of hard to make any good power without voiding your warranty. How much $$ for the pulley and injectors with install?
I have the same car. What happens with your warranty ?
+Michael Calvitto It goes bye bye unless you know someone at the dealer

Did any of the mods you have done. Did it void your factory warranty at all. I just got a 2017 black hellcat.
Jeff Zenoniani Once you change the pulley and tune it,it pretty much voids the warranty.
