Highly recommend polyurethane resin over fiberglass resin. Doesn't smell in comparison to fiberglass resin. You can get some good mixes that set in about an hour that give you a perfect working time

Personally, I'd take out the visor for a more medieval look. Otherwise, FUCKING AWESOME

Have you ever had any issues with the resin? Like not mixed long enough or not enough hardener added that the resin was left sticky/tacky and didn't cure properly?
Sometimes I'll add too much hardener and it sets too quick. I assume the inverse it true where it doesn't cure at all
Where would the tally mark go on if the face shield is moved up? Also where are the tally marks?
Might have to do the tally marks in a follow up video lol
