    *Watch In Full 1080P HD* Just a quick install video more towards the rear of the vehicle,due to the skill factor involved into installing the sway bar kit. You can purchase this kit where Traxxas products are sold. I do not own any copyrights reguarding the soundtrack. Ido own all the equipment used in the video such as lighting,camcorder and tripods. I use a low grade camcorder being the JVC Everio HD camcorder. If you guys want to see more videos please * Comment, Rate & Subscribe*

      I dyed the chassis of my mini revo black when I broke it and plan to do it on the full size revo as well once I break that one but it's still holding up ;o]]

    The only thing thats odd to me is that the front sway arm pivot is facing down in this video, but the instructions show that pivot facing up..any difference?

    Can you show us a running video to see what the sway bars add as far as performance goes? The benefits of having it and the downfalls of not having it?

    How exactly did you dye your Plastics? I was considering spray paint but I don't want to deal with the paint flaking off

      So this chassis is grey to start with . I used Ryte die and boiling water to dye it. I used an aluminum tray so that I didn’t damage any of my pans. Dipped it in and waited 30 mins. After that it waited for it to dry and it was done. Hope that helps

    thanks, I hate reading manuals so this will help ;o]
    I have the E-Revo since 2011 and after 10 years found out they make this ;o]]
    got myself a new charger and some new batteries cause they are all dead and want to do a rebuild after this season so will install some RPM upgrades I never installed (rear tru-track, knuckles all around, front a-arms)
    btw love the black chassis and rockers, plan to do that as well but it's really hard to find a pot large enough for cheap
    I dyed my Mini Revo chassis and rockers black when I broke the chassis and actually got a pot especially for that task (got some long fish baking pot which worked great on the mini but it's too small for the the big Revo)....I've found some 20inch roasting trays but it's 60-100 dollars plus overseas shipping....locally I found some that are just tiny bit shorter than I need

    • @RCInMotion

      Gary Jaques they give your ride a better stable feel. Great for terrain which changes in elevation or if you want to stiffen your ride even more. Hope that helps

    I'm confused on the sway bar color. Black bars are for one thing and stainless are for another but it only comes with one set of each. Do I have to buy two kits?

    • @RCInMotion
      @RCInMotion  3 роки тому

      Seems like the new kits only come with one type of stiffness, so you might need to order the other ones.

    • @TheBerto840
      @TheBerto840 3 роки тому

      Yeah the kit comes with a thicker black bar and a thinner black bar. Also comes with a thicker stainless bar and a thinner stainless bar. Do I need two thick black bars and two thin ones or do I just put the black up front and the stainless in back or vise versa?

    • @TheBerto840
      @TheBerto840 3 роки тому +1

      Or is there only one bar for front and back. I could be being a dumbass lol. Does the smaller go in front and bigger bar in back

    Dude can u explain me why do we use sway bar?😢 please

    • @RCInMotion
      @RCInMotion  4 роки тому +1

      I think I explain it in the video : the main reason is to improve traction. Suspension is real trick in the RC world, if you were to transfer 1:1 to a 1:10 or 1:8th scale the difference is vast. But you’re in term counteracting the dip from the outside to a more central/inside position. In term improving grip and stability at best. Hopefully that helps, in this case for the Erevo it works wonders with those Truggy tires.

    • @sivatharsansivarathan4820
      @sivatharsansivarathan4820 4 роки тому

      @@RCInMotion alright I got it .. so basically
      e revo is a monster truck ..But bcz of this sway bar set up ... its basically getting transformed as a race truggy? Am I right?

    • @RCInMotion
      @RCInMotion  4 роки тому +1

      @@sivatharsansivarathan4820 not really it just helps it, I converted it but because of the odd tub chassis it doesn’t make it a Truggy but instead a 1:8th beast/monster truck. So by tweaking the suspension and travel arms and rods I was able to convert it to a Truggy. The width is too wide to be considered a Truggy but with shorter A Arms you can achieve it.
