It would be more helpful to state the full manufacture model numbers rather than the retailers - so that the video would be more findable for more people. I believe these are Mi-Light devices.
The controller says mi light on it so yeah they are the remote also has 4 zones so can be connected to 4 mi light controllers But yeah that should be mentioned for those unaware
I just got one of these. The instructions provided by MI Light DO NOT WORK. They say to press the I button 3 times but don't mention within one second. I followed the instructions in this video and it worked on the first try.

what do you do when a controller is paired to a remote you no longer have? I have several light strips that are paired to a bridge and the bridge no longer will connect to the network. I have a remote but can't seem to get the light strip (or bulb) to release the configuration so that i can pair the remote instead.
@@somos Note: If your wifi box needs resetting at any point you should stick a pin into the RST hole and hold for 3 seconds. Release the pin when the lights on the box flashes.

In white mode, I cant change the saturation.. The white color is blueish and hurts the eyes. The s+ and s- don’t work

Look along the right edge towards the bottom. There's a little recess u can stick ur fingernail in to pull the back cover off.
