Mine didn’t have that switch but I just bought some in November 5,2019 and it still worked I thought it wouldn’t but it does, I was about to return them cuz the control wasn’t working but now I don’t have to. The brand of mine is Monster

This is bs! I dont have a switch and I tried everything yall said. Still dont work. I'm stuck on a solid white light. Only time I see multiple of colors is when I unplug it and halfway plug it back in.
Try 2 things: 1. Replace the batteries if the red light isn't bright or it doesn't stay on 2. Try unpairing the remote from the light strip (turn off and on, then hold Speed DOWN until it blinks) and then do the pairing steps. I had to do both for mine to work but now it does. I think the remote is going to use up a lot of batteries because mine only lasted like 2 weeks with some brand new batteries.
Ok so i took the battery out and put it back in. It worked but right away it stopped responding. Even tho the light on the controller lid up when i pressed it does it mean the battery isnt strong enough?

How do I do it for a new strip I bought separately from the remote it’s WiFi connectable but I am trying to put all the strips on one remote in my bedroom and can’t seem to get this remote to connect to the new strip I bought buy the same company
Dayron Disotuar just unplug it and plug it back in make sure you push the top middle button the one the guy is explaining at the same time I had to try it several times but it does work mine is from Walmart I just got it

Your remote, take out one of your batteries then put It back while the leds and light bulb are on then everything should be paired.

If you have an extension cord that has a switch it works the same. I almost gave up but it worked

I have an RGB neon light with the same sorta remote, no switch, I tried but by unplugging the adapter and plugging it back in and it didn't work
