Are the tops uneven? You can tighten or loosen the brackets holding the cabinet doors on. This will slightly change how they hang. If they are really off, you'll have to move the brackets.
FYI, I had to search pulls and knob mounting template as opposed to cabinet door jig (which is a different object apparently) on Lowe's.
