Thanks for this one, I just purchased a kit! I found I can use my M1 iPad Pro in a pinch on remote shoots and wanted to get a screen protector to reduce glare. Clients love looking at their shoot progress on the large screen.
How is the resistance on this screen protector? I am asking because it is a matte finish, but it is a glass protector, I would use my iPad and this protector with my Apple Pencil to take notes. Thanks
Thanks for the review! Ordered one for my iPad Pro 11". Do you notice any issues with the pencil being inaccurate while drawing? I saw some reviews say that a straight line would end up being drawn slightly 'wavy' or inconsistent. Nonetheless, it looks like this is the best compromise between drawing and screen quality, and it's tempered glass, so I feel a little more protected than film. Thanks again!
i plan to get one when i’ll have my new ipad air, i decided to get this one instead of a paper feel protector bc of the pencils nibs wears off quick with them, does this one wears off the nib of the apple pencil quick ? does it feel grainy ? ty for the review also
This won’t have the bite of the paper screen protectors but it is a bit better than bare screen. It’s held up well and I haven’t had any issues with it, still looks as good as the day I installed it.
Does it mess with the color perception when drawing? It obviously has to have “some” kind of impact on color accuracy. Also how often do you have to replace it since the matte texture will “smooth out” over time?
It will very slightly mute the brilliance of the color. The screen protector is glass and I haven’t had to replace it yet but I just put a new pen tip by Astropad on my Apple Pencil so we’ll see.

If you want test the pencil make slowly stright line. There are irregularities on every protective glass

Glad you found this useful. I haven’t experienced the wavy line issue with this but admittedly my main use is not for just art/illustration.
Just installed one of these and now my pen doesn’t work 😅

This screen protector shouldn’t affect the Apple Pencil at all.
