Thank you for speaking on this...I just Journaled throughout a 20 day hospitalization. Every day, Journal writing ✍ allowed me to maintain some semblance of sanity in the midst of my battle with my chronic disease that I was born with. Pause, calm, and perspective absolutely helps to de-stress.

I love so much the way you talk, i wish you can do a guided meditation, something like 5 minutes of grounding before journaling or after journaling. The way you finish the video gives me such a good vibe and centering and peace and like i want to be that calm :))))

I had a trauma few months ago, around January-February mostly and since I can't journal anymore. It makes me so sad... it was such a big part of my life for years now. (I go to therapy) but I hope those very nice suggestions will help! Thank you very much ♡
I second the ten minutes when you get out of bed! That is how my habit started.. what else would I do while drinking my coffee? :) Loved this video. I also love the seasons shifting.. even if they are busy, they are magic in their own ways.
Great ideas! Thank you. My life is no longer as busy, but sometimes I don’t have much to write about and changing things up and looking within myself more might make for some interesting journaling. I love the idea of one word each for your head, heart and spirit! Definitely plan to try that.
This video was so peaceful! I love these ideas! I try to keep my journal on my desk at work that way I can jot down quick thoughts and ideas throughout the day!

Yes! writing big, or pressing hard on the pen - it's satisfaction and such a release! Very helpful with frustration.
