    Namaste sir..I am 35 years old and morning 9:30 my breakfast is mullets Upma (korralu udalu samalu arikalu) afternoon noon 1:30 lunch is one cup rice and some boiled vegetables curry minimum 500 grams and one cup curd and evening 6: 30 three four types of fruits and kaju badam and kajur after that day close this I am following lock down day 1 because that day Raju sir told in a video better to skip dinner and take only fruits in the early dinner it will boost your immunity level like that and one more sentence sir told in that video (lock down time lo moodu saarlu tintunnarante dongatanamu chesinatte yento mandi food lekunda chenipotunnaru ) that really I inspired sir words and till today I never touched night food and even these all days I never spoke anybody evening 7 pm to morning 9 am really now I’m how much fresh and energy cheppadaniki maatallevu and sir I NEVER FORGET YOU AND YOUR VALUABLE WORDS IN MY LAST BREATH thank you very much SIRRR🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
