@@CalgorGrim You can even see it right after the Benson was sunk. The camera turns that way for a second and you can see the BBs bow pushing the Benson's wreck.
@@Nighthunter6666 That is still on the benson for poor sailing, the BB was never going to be able to stop or turn to avoid him and he cut across the BB. Sorry about the loss of your friend... cancer also took my friend Ricky 2 yrs ago. We were friends since 3rd grade... I am now 69. He will always be my friend. 😢
All my thoughts to Eddie and his loved ones. Stay strong Jingles. Every Clan battle I see reminds me of the time I convinced my clan in the early days to take all Shimakazes. WG allowed such nonsense back then. The enemy team were laughing at us before battle started. They stopped laughing when we all sent the Tsunami of Skill into the first cap that we knew they were in. Two sets of 12 km torps from each of us, with a set each in reserve. Killed BB and slapped the sh*t out of three other ships. We won three of four battles that night, and we all about p*ssed ourselves laughing. No one thought to record. Good times.
We all have bills to pay but take your time, Jingles. Don't come back to UA-cam until you feel you are ready, even though sometimes staying busy at work can help the bad times pass more quickly. While losing him so young is absolutely terrible your lucky to have such an archive of video's with your buddy. I'd love to have that with with some of my friends that have passed on
He also fired at the Pommern towards the end because he knew the Pommern had blown his DR to put out the 2-3 fires he set on him a minute earlier. If he landed a fire on him it'd be permanent, and burn for a lot of damage. (see how, when he sees the Pommern again, he was down to 5k hp)
@@Ushio01 Indeed, I haven't mathed it out, but I suspect this was *the* fatal error by the Pommern. The Pommern ended up only 32 points short of the win. If they had gone more directly to A, they would have reduced the Cossack's points income, and won 63 seconds after entering the cap.
Very good game. Good to see the positive chat between the 2 teams at the end. My only wonder would have been could the Pommern won if it had headed straight to A after the Baltimore died.
This is FltCaptAlan, here I am again on a Jingles video... While I may technically be a merc with A-D-F, I am a regular merc with them, often being invited early in the night. The benson was radared, but Salty was out of range, as for the Benson, he did not suffer "a sudden and inexplicable rush of shit to the brain" I may have though and made a wrong turn and accidentally pushed him into those torps, Also you should have seen our first battle of the night, it ended in a draw, so no winners
The play by the cossack @17:00 I think was more because the pomm guns were not pointing at him and moving outside detection range. Knowing that the pomm had just used its d/c, a couple of shots to try relight a perma fire, when the pomm could only get two turrets firing at the cossack was a big breain move. Cossack was fairly healthy and pomm doesn't have the most accurate guns, yes it was risky, but definitely worth it! (Also if you don;t run det flags in clan battles, that's a silly move). Also the pomm probably made the wrong move in trying to disengage, if it had gone for A then cossack would have had to engage it, because they'd have won on points, but difficult to do when you know there's torps in the water.
Pommern turning out was probably a mistake, turning in would have kept the progress to A going and he needed that at the time ... but that would have been torp trouble without hydro
It hurts to hear about your friend Eddie Jingles, I've been a sub for the better part of a decade now and though I don't know much about the situation, I'll still give my deepest condolences, no matter how little it may mean in the overall scheme of things. most interesting part of this video? chat at the end. GG's all round. This is why I loved playing destroyers, being a part of the team yet also the most independent.
So Jingles I would say at 4:30 that wasn't a sudden rush of $hit to the brain that was the BB using the friendly Benson as a shield & pinning him against their bow. If you note where the wreck is on the BB I think you'll agree. One of the dumb things about WoW is that DDs need to keep their eyes on allies as well as enemies. Or things like that happen.
Didn't comment on the blind guess torpedoes... Really good dd play! In the spirity of the RN Tribals! Everyone basically played really well with a great win at the end!
Thanks Jingles, condolences for Eddie. I never met the guy and I'm feeling for him. I can't imagine what you are feeling. Only thing which gives me comfort is that he is in a much better place now.
Hey Jingles, I just want to say thank you very much for featuring my replay. That was really fast! (Oh yeah I'm SaltyUnion btw) Oh also I just want to say the Benson was radared at the start of the match, but he was right on the edge of the radar range, and he was pushed in to the torps by the Rupprecht, we were joking about that in VC lol. Oh also the Balti that went down to the Paolo was a funny situation, cuz we were joking about bringing a YOLO at the start of the match. The Baltimore was like, "why am I located", then got a tonne of torps in his direction. Finally, the Riga's radar was popped at the exact same time as mine was which was why his was on cooldown, bad coordination on my part lol
Thank you for presenting this great entertainment. What an awesome game! Hope you are as well as possible today. You are not alone there are quite a bunch of people thinking of you.
I'm not sure who I'm directing this to, but I've seen a lot of well meaning comments for Jingles to take his time, it's understandable if he needs a break to grieve, etc. While all of that is completely true, I think that perhaps somebody who hasn't lost a family member or close friend to cancer isn't necessarily aware of certain circumstances. I won't presume to know the details surrounding Eddie's illness, how and when Jingles found out and so on, but I'll share my experience when my mom passed away from cancer (decades ago at this point). It was a pretty rapid event, and the time from diagnosis to her death was only about three months. For me, the major part of the grieving happened during that timeframe, I was going through all the stages, and had accepted that it was only a matter of time. When I got the call one morning that she had passed away (me, my sisters and my mom's husband were taking turns staying with her), of course I broke down and sobbed like a baby for 20 minutes or more, and it was heartbreaking to visit the hospice one last time to see her dead body. I would start crying out of nowhere for weeks and months afterwards, when the finality of it all would hit me, but - and this is what I'm getting at - when she died there was ALSO a sense of relief. I was no longer stuck in this hellish limbo where I basically couldn't function, and slowly but surely I was able to piece my life together again. Now, I have no idea if any of this applies to Jingles, I'm just giving my perspective. By all means keep wishing Jingles the best, I'm sure it's very appreciated, but also know that he likely has been grieving for weeks and months already. I hope he takes whatever time off he needs, I know we'll all be here when he returns. But if he wants to just continue making videos rightaway, that's fine too.
Good Morning Jingles to my amazement watching todays WOWS I see one of my replays I was in the Paolo Emilio. So Im praying for Eddie and I hope to meet him one day in Heavan I really like him on Mingle with Jingles and will miss him being there. And may God give you peace because your going to lose a close friend and they are so hard to come by. Again thank you and keep doing what your doing. GodBless KidblueUSMC

Only thing I can say in addition is that everyone we hold dear manage to become part of who we are. They truely are not forgotten, as people pass on things they learn to others. Best of luck, take your time!
Actually, I think him shooting at the Pommern there, really in both instances, was a risky, but necessary gamble to keep it distracted. See, when he first shot at the Pommern after Salty died, if he hadnt gotten him to turn away or inside to give chase, then that Pommern could have made a beeline for the cap circle that he just flipped while he made to flip the last one. If he had, the Pommern couldve bought himself enough time to win on points, or force a more advantageous engagement at the end there. And that second instance, at least in my eyes, looked like one more distraction for the battleship to keep it from going for that cap. Risky both times, but effective.
I agree with the sentiments in the comments. I couldn't watch all of in bed with Ed. I found it too distressing. I lost my Father just over 18 months ago after a long battle with parkinson's disease. I do a have a series in the works on my channel to be published soon. I hope it will lift the mighty overlord's spirits.
The Benson did not run into the Kagero's torpedos, if you watch the replay you can see the Benson make a very sharp acceleration from a standing start, sideways. The P Ruprecht rammed him into the path of the torpedoes. Whether he meant to or not, the P Reprecht was responsible for that loss.
Hey there, Jingles, hope you are doing well. Please help support your friends and loved ones and let them support you, too. . . . I wonder if the Cossack fired at the Pommen to try to bait the battleship into chasing him rather than flipping A. As noted, the Pommen's team was very close to 1000 and there was still time on the clock. If the Pommen had just pushed on to A, would there have been enough time to win on points? Firing may have been the lesser risk.
Another thing jingles failed to realize at the end, the enemy team are so close in points. He just didn't want the enemy to drive in and flip that cap, either way they turned would have made their path to a cap longer. Buying our hero more time
Hello jingles. I have to say i much prefer the clan battle replays because its a place where the entire team is trying to win. In random battles too many people are not trying to win, theres too many side quests or motivations like achievements or things people are trying to do which arent win focused and makes most of the play kind of pointless.
In the middle of talking about the Cossack killing the Yolo Emilio about 10:15 (game time 11:12), he lost located. Enemy's closer to the Baltimore at this point.
Business as usual. I think he would have want it. Stay strong but don't worry about tears - they are confirmation that we are humans. Nice commentary and nice upload 👍
I think I would have shot at the Pommern too, either to draw him into the torpedoes already on the way, or to draw him toward the circle where I was going. Bring him to me, rather than going to him.
For Eddie ❤
Now every time he looks here he’ll see this instead of healing and having closure.

I really look forward to your videos. I love World of Warships, but I am bad at it. I wish I have 1/10th the talent of these players.
Well played!
hiya Jingles. Great vid as always
The show must go on.
Remember Eddie!!! ❤️❤️❤️
TF-07 is my clan. Pretty cool to see us here.
❤❤ love ya, Paul. Sending you my best. Please take all the time you need.
Very entertaining game play.
That's what the map pings 2-3 seconds after were for - that's where they thought the Paolo was
close one, well played.
#ThankYouEddie
Sorry! Been watching your videos for awhile sorry to hear about Eddie.I didn’t know him. Love you Jingles!
If this was the wrong platform I’m sorry I was inconsiderate! Love you Jingles! You bring me happiness
jingles look at bensen destruction with torpedoes, it looked like they was not able to move by team mates
Business as usual. I think he would have want it. Stay strong but don't worry about tears - they are confirmation that we are humans. Nice commentary and nice upload 👍
RIP Eddie sir. 🙏🏼
So much❤❤ here!
We miss you Eddie 😢
TF-o7 Fought well! Good job to both clans.
I had a match where the enemy team had 2 kearsarges and a halford but our team didnt have any hybrids
I think I would have shot at the Pommern too, either to draw him into the torpedoes already on the way, or to draw him toward the circle where I was going. Bring him to me, rather than going to him.
Nice match indeed.
