Luckily, during the dark age of technology, convenient plot devices were constructed on every single world in the sector. Now we no lomger need ships, or cool orbital shots of each planet.
Yes, the Lord Commisar doesn't talk, but then again, why would he? Did not Imperial dogma state that "Actions speak louder then words?" In any case, I've been playing through this campaign a number of times. I never got old of it and, as far as I think, the Inquisitor leads from the front, while Castor bring in the firepower.
During the briefing: "...." During the battle: "BE LIKE GENERAL TARSUS OF YOR, BULLETPROOF AND FREE OF FEEAAARRR" Damn it Relic you made the best character silent. Should have just made the Inquisitor silent, nobody liked her anyways.
The reason this guy got blammed is because he questioned the Commissar when he requested that he drive him closer so he could hit the enemy with is sword.
So *does* an inquisitor from the Ordo Hereticus actually have the authority to stop an Exterminatus carried out by the Ordo Malleus? How close are the arms of the Inquisition in working together?
+Slaaneshi Rubric Marine you dont want to use long range teleportion through the warp while tyrandis cast there shadow on the warp that is pretty much impossible there teleportion is far worse than the webways of the elders.
+Slaaneshi Rubric Marine You are right. Regardless of any short range travel or long galaxy travel, if they went through the warp, they went through it. Only time it was safe is by traveling from planet to planet if they are close enough.
I know i am necro-ing this thread but the simple answer is that only a ship has a gellar field that hides it/protects it from predators in the warp as well as provide temporal stability within the ship, outside this field you are at the mercy of the warp and whatever is within it (such as the tyranid hivemind's shadow, or other warp predators).

Obviously, the Lord Commissar keeps silent when the others are talking, so that he may reserve the best of his lines for when they are needed.
"Drive me closer! I want to hit them with my sword!"
*Meanwhile, 20 ft from the briefing...*
Commisar Lord: I told you! MUSTARD and HAM! *BANG!*

You kidding? I love Andrastia, everything she says is amazing. :D
...Maybe the Commissar is too busy bullying the soldiers to take part in the briefings. X)

Do not question the Comissar Lord! There is a reason he never- (*BANG*)
Ordo Malleus fleet was probably the closest Exterminatus capable fleet and since she called for it and it came she definetly has some authority.
Adrastia: Ya guys lets expose Kyras's taint
Me: yeah i'd like to expose your taint

So, if they had the Teleportarium, why da fuq Bloody Magpies needed Battle Cruiser in DOW2 and Chaos Rising?

Siegberg91 All that is fine and dandy, BUT THEY STILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH WARP.

phinix250 True.

@LaserLief
Me:(last dying words) . . . worth it
