I only see samsung options in your software

This just worked for my old Android! OMG I AM TREMBLING!!

My phone is only two days old it was at 47 percent battery so I plugged it in the charger block and cable it came with. The phone was still up and running. About 25 to 30 minutes later I picked up the UMX:U696CL Android device and it felt really warm almost hot it would say. But curiously the device was shut down and there was no charge light indicator on red or green. I unplugged the c3 cable from the port took the back off and removed the battery (a UBT23OO 2300mAh 3.85v Li-ion). After allowing it to cool down for several minutes I tested the battery and it reads 4.05v. The phone was not dropped at all nor did it get wet in any way. I'm thinking something in the hardware operating system fried out. What say you? ..

Hey man something called a kernel boot problem thing messed it up...
I cant enter download mode on my samsumg a51, i held the volume down and power button, and the only thing i get is the start screen up with "samsung galaxt a51 secured by knox" screen then it goes black
