Sounds to me as though you have a jealous neighbour, not to worry, disarm them with your positivity and charm. You can find out who the complaint was from, if you feel the need. Until you’ve been through what the two of you have experienced with Rich’s battle with cancer, it’s easy to assume that hearing you’re in remission, should return everything to “normal”, but it doesn’t. You are still left with “losses”, because you will never be the same again, after an experience like that. You will go through the textbook “stages of grief” and that is a very subjective process. They aren’t neat, orderly stages regarding the timing or the order of the stages. You can be “stuck” in some, or repeat some. And it’s all perfectly normal. And I’m speaking from experience of going through it all with my mother and a husband. If you’re not familiar with “stages of grief”, check it out. And to both of you, I can only say, keep doing what you’re doing because you are both working through it in your own way, but with incredible love and support for each other. And as always, many, many hugs and so much love to both of you 😁🤗🥰😁🤗🥰 P. S. I should have said this first…stages of grief occurs in many instances, things like job loss, moving or a relationship ending are just a couple of examples of things that can bring it on. It’s from a “loss”.

So glad you put out this vlog,you couldn't have described my feelings any better.In 2016 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and went through the op,chemo and radiotherapy.I was very positive.When everything finished that's when it seemed to go downhill psychologically. Better not go on so I will just say I don't feel like the same person as when it all started.Wishing you all the best for your scan results.I have grown to love you two over the time I've been watching.The cottage is now taking shape and I can't wait to see that new orangery. Hi Rich and Gill, I had your first video pop up on my feed a few month's back , I was so happy as another renovation channel to watch, so I subbed straight away, it was when I got to the end My heart just broke in two. It was like going back in time for me and I found it hard to watch, I did got back later when I seen you had a lot of videos up, so I done a grand slam and watched your progress till now. I have found it too hard to comment as well it was just too hard, but watching you both today here I am writing this and hoping I post it ??? But yes your going through a huge amount of stress that at times you dont know you are, it is a roller coaster. But you are both doing the right thing your keeping busy, and looking forward. It is so important to talk to each other all the time, no point in hiding as you are both each others rock. Talking to the community here that you have is a great thing as other's can lift you both at times when you just need it. The main thing is to eat well and dont push yourself Rich only do what you can, and listen to your body, but do have a routine it is a great motivator. Also funny enough the Brambles you have the big black ones are a fantastic source of all things read up on Blackberrys. I think you named it well. I read your comment last night but I wanted to take the time to answer your kind words so I left it until this evening... - Firstly, I am so sorry that we broke your heart...hopefully as you watched the videos it started to mend itself. -Secondly, I am amazed that you did the grand slam...hopefully you had some good snacks while you were watching😀 -Thirdly, I fully agree that talking openly and honestly is the key to get through this kind of challenge -Fourthly, in the beginning I started the channel as a way for Gill to earn money if I am not around. I never for one moment considered how the kind words and positivity from people we have never met who are spread around the world would lift Gill and me when we were down - we are so lucky to have such great Bramblers. -Lastly (for today at least)..Dede - I cannot not push myself. Saturday is the day for the 5k park run. I walk from the cottage to the start line. walk/jog the 5k and then walk home. I was smiling this morning and thinking about you. The country path I walk along is full of blackberries and I have always loved free food😋 I must have eaten half a pound of blackberries on the way and another half a pound on the way back. @ginnyb4585 Hello Ginny, I hope that life is treating you well. The short answer is that we have messed up our UA-cam channel and we don't know how (it's something to do with Adsense). It means that I cannot insert links into videos and we cannot use the channel to make money - it's unfortunate...but it is as it is. in about 3 weeks time UA-cam will give me an opportunity to fix the problem bit if I do it wrong we will need to wait another 32 days before we can try again. It wont stop us posting videos though - the money would have been nice but the comments and support we get from you and the rest of our Bramblers is priceless. Best wishes, Rich

Rich&Gill I am feeling ashamed of how I’ve been feeling today.I work in a care home which has an outbreak of Norvovirus which I have been hit quite badly with,I had my gallbladder out 12mths ago and lack of one probably not helped lol.Ive been tearful and emotional.Watching and seeing what your going through.we are all behind you a positive bramble army,please know if I could I would reach through the screen,and give you both the tightest hug all my love Mandy Ps Rich is our Adonis love to everyone watching 😘😘

So glad you put out this vlog,you couldn't have described my feelings any better.In 2016 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and went through the op,chemo and radiotherapy.I was very positive.When everything finished that's when it seemed to go downhill psychologically. Better not go on so I will just say I don't feel like the same person as when it all started.Wishing you all the best for your scan results.I have grown to love you two over the time I've been watching.The cottage is now taking shape and I can't wait to see that new orangery. MUCH LOVE.

Hi Rich and Gill, I had your first video pop up on my feed a few month's back , I was so happy as another renovation channel to watch, so I subbed straight away, it was when I got to the end My heart just broke in two. It was like going back in time for me and I found it hard to watch, I did got back later when I seen you had a lot of videos up, so I done a grand slam and watched your progress till now. I have found it too hard to comment as well it was just too hard, but watching you both today here I am writing this and hoping I post it ??? But yes your going through a huge amount of stress that at times you dont know you are, it is a roller coaster. But you are both doing the right thing your keeping busy, and looking forward. It is so important to talk to each other all the time, no point in hiding as you are both each others rock. Talking to the community here that you have is a great thing as other's can lift you both at times when you just need it. The main thing is to eat well and dont push yourself Rich only do what you can, and listen to your body, but do have a routine it is a great motivator. Also funny enough the Brambles you have the big black ones are a fantastic source of all things read up on Blackberrys. I think you named it well. - Firstly, I am so sorry that we broke your heart...hopefully as you watched the videos it started to mend itself.
-Secondly, I am amazed that you did the grand slam...hopefully you had some good snacks while you were watching😀
-Thirdly, I fully agree that talking openly and honestly is the key to get through this kind of challenge
-Fourthly, in the beginning I started the channel as a way for Gill to earn money if I am not around. I never for one moment considered how the kind words and positivity from people we have never met who are spread around the world would lift Gill and me when we were down - we are so lucky to have such great Bramblers.
-Lastly (for today at least)..Dede - I cannot not push myself. Saturday is the day for the 5k park run. I walk from the cottage to the start line. walk/jog the 5k and then walk home. I was smiling this morning and thinking about you. The country path I walk along is full of blackberries and I have always loved free food😋 I must have eaten half a pound of blackberries on the way and another half a pound on the way back.

Hey guys, nice to see you relaxing with tea in comfy chairs! Gill, I agree with you entirely - honesty is always the best policy. Far too often people don't speak from their hearts, they tend to hide what's happening in their lives and put on a mask of fun all the time - that's not real life. Thank you for keeping us posted on Rich's health and your own as well, we do care, absolutely. Rich, you are going to be fine - I know it. @ginnyb4585 Hello Ginny, I hope that life is treating you well. The short answer is that we have messed up our UA-cam channel and we don't know how (it's something to do with Adsense). It means that I cannot insert links into videos and we cannot use the channel to make money - it's unfortunate...but it is as it is. in about 3 weeks time UA-cam will give me an opportunity to fix the problem bit if I do it wrong we will need to wait another 32 days before we can try again.
It wont stop us posting videos though - the money would have been nice but the comments and support we get from you and the rest of our Bramblers is priceless. Best wishes, Rich
