They're great boats, I've had 3, 1720. They'll do just about anything you'll want them to. My latest is a 1720Pro, we fish in very shallow water, and on a good day, we've been 25 miles offshore with it.

Can that boat goes on shallow water? If it does how shallow? Thanks

Oh yeah i’ve had it comfortably in 2ft of water with the motor trimmed up on glass like water. I think you can go way less than that closer to a ft. depends on how much weight on the boat etc.

They'll go very shallow, I've been in 12 inches and it still floats so, yeah definitely it can go shallow water
