    DIY Furikake rice seasoning:
    1/2 cup seaweeds, shredded
    2 tbsp dried fish (more if needed)
    1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp sugar
    Version 1:
    3 cups rice, cooked(warm)
    1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
    3 tbsp DIY Furikake seasoning
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp sugar
    Version 2:
    3 cups rice, cooked(warm)
    2-3 tbsp Korean rice seasoning
    1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    salt and sugar to taste
    Crab-mayo Topping:
    2 cups crab meat, shredded(Kani)
    226g cream cheese, softened(more if needed)
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp hot sauce (more if needed)
    Add-ons:Optional
    1 cup sweet mangoes, diced
    1 cup cucumber, diced
    1/4 cup scrambled eggs
    1/4 cup carrots
    Procedure:
    1) Combine warm rice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, furikake, salt and sugar
    2) Transfer and spread rice onto the container/pan
    3) Topping: Shred crab meat and cream the softened cream cheese
    4) Combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise and hot sauce
    5) Assemble: Spread crab meat mixture on top of the rice
    6) Add rice seasoning on for toppings and drizzle some Japanese Mayonnaise
    7) Cook over med.low heat for 10-15min(improvised oven)
    8) Serve with seaweed wraps
    DIY rice vinegar
    2 tsp water
    1 tsp white vinegar
    salt and sugar to taste
