    Certainly better than playing console games. He's also lucky (even if he probably cannot fully grasp it, yet), to have such a skilled and experienced teacher with such a well equipped workshop. I hope he stays interested.

    Just curious. I’m getting into leather stamping/tooling. Is there some sort of coating I should apply to leather after stamping/tooling? I’m concerned about the imprint fading.

      Hello, On natural leather I use a light coat of Neatsfoot oil or Harness oil to preserve the leather then I put a light coat of Fiebings' Tan-Kote. Works great for me.
