Ive been watching your videos very informative. My flat roof is not relly old but the guy who did it passed away Poor quality Home Depot flashing was used and the OSB underneath at the low end is wet and soft. It's also rotting my facia. Can I do a partial re roof if I change the wood and flashing? Also how do I buy supplies from ABC or Metro roofing supply if im not a contractor? Im not even sure I'm capable of doing this myself. Would you go to Seymour CT to give me a price? Its like a 675sf building.

Hello The Flat Roof Doctor,
I have been watching your videos for 2 months now, since the wind blew part of my roof off on February 25, when we had the extreme rainy weather here in LosAngeles.
I just love the way you do the flat roofs and seems can not trust any roofers I have interviewed by now.
We live in one story 3,000 sq.ft house . Flat roof is 2, 400 sq. ft. and 600 sq. ft. tiled porch deck with the flat top (from which cap sheet was blown off).
It may sound odd for you , but would you consider to come over to Los Angeles to do our flat roof your way ?
I would really appreciate your response.

Hi there. This is your latest video, I thought to ask you my question. I think I had bad cowboy roofers. They did a small job 2 months ago but asked them to put right the cracking after they replaced the flu. They just put more cromapol. Anyways, I think they pushed the other chimney by force and told me it needs cromapol and charge me extra £100. I said no. My question is now my whole chimney crown is moving. How do I fix this? Repointing? Can it I use strong adhesive etc? Thanks in advance...
