@@jamesbest9806yup exactly, even just the whole situation of him being a decade older with a decade more of training yet not looking as good as back then is tough

On those recent videos, he actually looks more natty than 10 years ago (more than zac effron in baywatch for ex). He's not huge but he looks very athletic and healhy and still has his outstanding genetics for looking good.
I'm really tired of Coach Greg picking on Jeff and his "supposed steroid use". I know Jeff, have partied with Jeff, have broken bread with Jeff and trained hard with Jeff....he's as natty as me! Yours Truly Mike O'Hearn
Great video Greg! Jeff and David imo are the best examples of why you should stay natural. They peaked in their early 20s and now are paying the price for it!
Honestly glad hes back to form, Jeff was one of the people who inspired me to branch off into bodybuilding after years of training, I wish him nothing but the best
I wish him good luck, he got a good physique and I agree that he is not big enough, that is because of the bone structure as well, the professionals have one of the biggest bone structures out there.
actually upright rows target side delts (and biceps as a secondary muscle group)... they are okay to do (maybe "mediocre" is a better word?) if you use a wide grip and don't bring it up too high (for most people they wouldn't want to bring it up past shoulder height). it's not a terrible if done correctly (they key is "if done correctly", as it's easy for a lot of people to screw it up and injure themselves). the only problem is that you can't go that heavy (and going too heavy too quickly makes people more prone to injury), so it's probably the weakest shoulder exercise and trickiest to do if you haven't tried it out correctly. you are right in saying that other shoulder exercises take priority, but it's still another side delt exercise to add in after other exercises (in his routine it doesn't fit though, since he is doing a push routine and not shoulders/biceps or shoulders only). I know upright rows have a lot of love/hate depending on who you ask, but in the end its about what exercises you like doing, right?
He looks fine. His physique is wide thru the shoulders, narrow waist, good taper. The standards of today is exactly what is wrong with modern bodybuilding and the rest of the competitive categories. How many more guys are we going to need to see die, become hospitalized, get bodyparts removed or become slaves to trt for the rest of their lives. His physique is not blocky, his legs aren't short and stubby, his shoulders arent narrow. He has courage, hope he does well.
Jeff has an ideal looking body. I think that "should" be the physique for men's physique. Having said that I disagree with coach. I don't even think he's big enough for winning amateur show. Last weekend I competed in an amateur show. Those guys are getting huge.
Greg, do you mind your mind touching on videos involving Tony Huge? Tony speaks about mass blasting, the idea that you keep a large portion of muscle created quickly. He calls this phase mass blasting, where it entails muscle hyperplasia, allowing for permanent muscle retention after abusing perchance enhancing drugs
Jeff looks great in these clips. I don't believe he's natty, but also don't think he is taking really doses, or abusing gear. Greg is probably right about him not having enough size to stack up, but I wish him the best at the competition.
Jeff needs to just hop on a full cycle of gear already. These tiny little increments after all these years, ain’t going to get him anywhere as a bro body builder.
No he doesn't. His physique is already close to perfect. Taking drugs will do nothing but hurt his health and make him look like an ugly roid freak in people's eyes.

Most ppl would rather look like jeff, chris lavado, etc than any of the olympians
9:05 I've been body recomping for a year now and right now I'm somewhere around 14-16% I would estimate and I'm definitely smaller than if I was eating more to be more bulky but I personally don't care that much that I'm not ''huge'' because I care more about the definition and striations and the aestethics, if I competed I'd go for fun and if I don't win atleast I tried did my best and had the experience, I will stay natural and if I compete I personally don't care to be the best and be tempted to use some stuff, I feel like I'd compete for the experience and the fun of it and see how I would do with my physique, to me bodybuilding isn't the only thing in the world maybe that's a big factor how some go about getting on stage and if they would use enhanchements or not, and that's probably what makes me feel like that what I have i'm happy about and not stress about not being big enough. it's my first time this lean and even tho I'm smaller than ever before I love the definition and tightness, maybe I just don't have body dysmorphia and i'm just happy for what I have
