Thank you. That first question/answer helped a ton. My husband tore his meniscus and got the “all-clear” to do full ROM last week. This week at physical therapy, he could barely walk out of the office but I assured him it was normal (no joint/tendon/etc pain). He was so discouraged but your advice made him feel better.
So he was prescribed to do full rom on the knee at physical therapy if i understand correctly?

00:03:02....Bed ridden....I remembered having to reconstruct my ACL right knee and a trainer had advised me to work the shit out of that right quad leading (I did 3 months) into the surgery, and I got to say it worked boi, cause I did see others along side me in therapy and I was glad I took the trainer's advice.

Walking is hard on my knees but riding a bike really lets me get the good good cardio in so anyone with legitimate joint fatigue biking is a great alternative just remember good posture because you can really stress your lower back

Love the advices. One thing, I think, should be addressed about the headaches during a workout would be adequate sodium. People who are low on sodium tend to get dizzy and experience headaches during workouts.

Good advice, I do ease in. Horrible ankle ROM and used to do PL style squats and almost never feel my quads really. This knee flexion shit is the bomb.

How long should I try a new progression before calling it quits? An entire block? I went from rep progression (315 3x3, 3x4, 3x5,3x6 deload) to now weight progressson (315 3x3, 320 3x3, 325 3x3 deload) and I feel as though rep progression worked better for me. Thoughts?
