PFoZ is an international internet based Led Zeppelin tribute band. We record and film our own versions of Led Zeppelin songs and post them to UA-cam for entertainment and educational purposes. Special guests include Professor Obs-Tweedle, keyboardists, the occasional rock star, and of course Nola and Zuzu.
We are:
Ivan Jakic - Guitar
George Fludas - Drums
Pete Etxenike - Bass
Tai Vare - Vocals
Not to be confused with The Zeppelin People's Front.
I just felt a bustle in me hedgerow
This song proves just how integral John Paul Jones 'rhythmic bass' was to the overall Zeppelin sound. Pete nails it beautifully here!
Thanks! JPJ was the UK James Jamerson.
We need a World Tour in 2021, this line up, take the Music back to the People. Folks, y'all agree?
Thanks!
This what is going on with the base foot pedal drum in this song (original one and this cover) is a absolute madness for me, and is why i love this song so much through all those years since I had heard it for the first time in my life. Now you only made it better by adding the extended part instead of the fade out. Feels like you are listening to a studio LZ version completed with a concert LZ ending. Very neet I must say!! I love it!!
Thanks very much!
Nice to hear some vocal on PFoZ! Nice job by Mr Vare. Bad timing y'all, football on. I got the Queens playing Lions on.
Ha, glad you liked!
When someone says, “Play some rock and roll.” This is what you do! This is how you play rock and roll!! Absolutely perfect. Thank you for sharing. 🙏🏻
Tai vare and Pfoz wow that was an earphone experience... that outro was a holy crap moment. Amazing
Thanks!
A singer!?!!?!! Awesome
You got your chocolate in my peanut butter!!!???? You got you peanut butter in my chocolate!!!???? = PERFECT COMBO BOYS ....REAL NIIIIICE CLARK 😉👌
Thanks very much!
Knocked it out the park with this one! Everything just seems to be perfect! I also really dig Tai's singing. I mean, you know it's good when youtube's copyright system thinks it's actually zeppelin.
Ha, yeah YT gave us some new notification
Best band to play since Zeppelin the Gods themselves. Long live PfoZ !
Thanks very much!
Good lord, did not think it was possible to duplicate that classic. WOW
Thanks!
Very welcome Tai Vare...! The crooner...! Good choose Ivan, George and Pete...!
Great job.. ...sounds really good and especially like the ending!
Great job guys. Plus that end jam, freakin' YES! This is one song I also wish the boys would have played live more too! Amazing!
hot damn those gold ludwigs soud good!
Thanks Will!
This sounds fantastic guys. Its very rare to listen to a Zep cover and not cringe when the vocalist opens his mouth, but this guy pulls it off amasingly! The instrumental part is on fire too, love the guitar solo at the end
That's because it's rare to have someone just sing the song without trying to imitate Plant. This dude crushed it in his own register with his own tone. People trying to sound like Robert always make you cringe because *no one* sounds like Robert Plant.
Truly AMAZING chaps! Whoever thought to ask Tai Vare to sing for this song needs a pat on the back. The playing is always top notch but for this one it seems really to gel together and i think the vocals are the glue. Thank you all for your time and the pleasure it brings to my ears.
Thanks Trev, that was Terry who put us in touch!
Tight,awsome job.🤘🤘🤘🤘
Thanks!
Very nice job guys, you guys are the best Zeppelin cover band
Thank you very much!
Wow!!!! I really, really loved it!! Tai , I hope you are here to stay!!!!
Thanks so much Jaqueline!!
Killer. Outro was rocking. Thanks.
Thanks!
WOW ! ! ! Great job guy's , so nice to here some vocals with your stuff ! Can't wait to hear the next one !
Thanks!
World class! 👍
Thank you!
ZEPPELIN was and will always entertain ALL YEARS OF ROCK MUSIC FOR ALLLLLLL AGE GROUPS!!! UGUYS got rich and thick blessed pure talent!!!
Stellar!
Thanks!
Wow! Top shelf. Super tight and just what I’d hoped pfoz would sound like after a vocalist jumped on board. What a pleasure to listen to.
Thanks!
Awesome! Close your eyes and your listening to the album. Well done fellas. Song definitely suits the times
Thanks!
Another awesome Zep number - outstanding fellas! 🤘🏻
This is absolutely amazing! George, you played that fill at 2:45 perfectly which most people don't even know about since it's so buried in the fadeout. The extended outro was nice too.
Thanks!!
Another magic moment. Thank you my boys.
Wonderful!, Good music, performed by good musicians. Congratulations!
Really like the fadeout I can't hear on my old vinyl.
Ha thanks!
bravo vous faites bien vivre la légende merci pour ça et pour votre talent
bise de France
Merci , Rémi!
That is bloody good! Excellent production.
Thanks!
Excellent! Tai does a great job on the vocal! Plus the outro was superb rockin’ harmony by Pete and Ivan!! Jimmy and JPJ style!! Gotta do more with Tai, the timbre was pretty close to Robert’s.
Always love the bonus jamming. Good job Tai!
Thank you Yoyo Hop !
Amazing !!!
Thanks very much!
Just incredible stuff - I’ve listened to Zeppelin since I was 13, so for 30 years now and they will always be my favourite band and as a drummer in particular I’ve been attached to Bonham like a rumour and worshiped the ground he walked/staggered on for most of my adult life and these guys are impossible to tell from Zeppelin. If you blindfolded me I would have no idea it wasn’t Bonham himself laying these beats and fills down. Fucking mind blowing and I don’t say that lightly because I’ve listened to plenty of very good drummers who never quite nailed the licks or whose drums sounded like shit but here!? He is more John Bonham than anyone and that includes Jason, it’s fucking insane 😲
Looks like all of those years of Page and the occult resurrected them into PFOZ and Tai!
Long Live PFOZ & Tai!
LOL...thanks!
yeah fellahs...another good one. Love the singing, dig the single floor tom tribute to early Bonzo recordings. Ending from O2 show, right? Or is there a bootleg of Zep playing this in the early days with this ending?
Don't wanna leave the string players out of this....nice job fellahs....ripping it up on bass and geetar
Yessir, O2 style ending. Thanks so much!
@@PeoplesFrontofZeppelin Thank you guys! Keep em coming...always a treat to hear you guys slay these tunes
What you guys did with the ‚good times bad times’ is something that I am simply unable to comprehend. The level of beefeness is just beyond all of my recognition. Dzięki!🙂
Soooooooooooo good!!
Thanks very much!
T - I - G - H - T ! ! !
Just fantastic... as usual!
Thanks very much!
How. How did they just... they just.... I'm... *How.*
Haha, thanks!
Thank you PFoZ !
Thank YOU Tai!!! Killed it.
BONHAMOLOGY thanks G!
Sounds great guys. Years ago when I used to gig professionally, performing classic covers, we used to play the very ending of this tune the same way you just did here. DIG IT.
Nice!
Excellent 🤘🏻🤘🤘🏽
Thank you!
Hey Pete, you still make the same faces playing that you did back when you were in Cherry High. I like. This was one of your guys best so far. Sounds really good.
It’s all about the moment!
The drumming!
George is a bad man!
Thank You
George
Amazing as always
“The BAWMP BAWMP SONG!”
Sincerely,
Nico
Haha!
This song is an example of situation where while playing it number of hits to the base drum is like 3 times bigger than to snare drum. That's why I love this song so much.
Love it! with vocals! and the font from the original single. excellent job guys.
Thanks!
Actually, after a second listen, I`m conivnded I like this a lot more than the original album version!
Ha, way too kind!
Excellent job guy's. Sent chills through my soul !
Thanks!
Awesome!!!
Thanks!
Thanks!
Great job by everyone, loved the ending!
Thanks!
Can't believe how great you all are!!

Astonishingly good!
Well that was Killer. . Nice one all And Tai's vocal. wow. When this is over you should TOUR together.

Thanks!
Now that was AWESOME!
The end jam....🤘🏻
Cool stuff guys , really well done
Wow!!!!
Seriously impressed by all of you.
Thanks very much!
Would love it if you did Hots On For Nowhere. I think one of the most underrated zepp songs, it has some really good and funky riffs... Also, HUGE fan of your covers!
Greetings from Croatia, pozz Ivane!
It's on the list!! Thank you!
Great cover. Pretty tight!
Thanks!

Best cover!
Phenomenal
👏👏👏Bravo!
Thanks!
Badass!
Thanks!
YESSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I watched the coda twice.
Thanks!
@@PeoplesFrontofZeppelin I lied. It was more than twice.
Awesome! Best cover of this song i've seen
Thanks!
I must have that Telecaster... Lol
To be honest with you , me too ! I say that because I have never liked Telecasters except for Jimmy Page's Dragon and the brown Tele he uses in the live version of Live in Peace with Paul Rodgers when the joined forces in ...The Firm ... brilliant solo by Jimmy , anyway back to this Tele . It really is very nice !
Bravo! Fantastic job!
Thanks!
Izvrsno. Najbolje poslije orginala.
OBRIGADO 👏👍
Spot on guys plus a tasty coda.
Thanks!
I'd absolutely love it if you guys tried covering Fire (the song that was rehearsed for In Through the Out Door).
I've been dying to hear a proper rendition of that. Maybe try extrapolating new ideas out of Jimmy's jamming at the end of the recording, because the song never become a fully-developed complete thought.
That would be cool. We will keep it in mind.
Awesome outro solo!
Thanks!
Say what?! Cool.
Yeah🤘
Excellent performance, fantastic jam at the end, and nothing personal to the vocalist, but I like the PFoZ videos without singing. I enjoy listening to the instrumentation in its full glory.
Too each his own I guess..........but the majority of us prefer to hear the vocals......IF........a singer can do a good job on them. These were originally written as SONGS.........not "instrumentals".
Why not have both? Instrumental will go up in a bit.
@@PeoplesFrontofZeppelin Not tryin' to diss anyone.........and having both versions is a great idea. I suppose no vocals is less distracting for those trying to learn the music itself. But by & large, the songs sound complete with the vocals. That's not to say I don't love & appreciate what you guys are doing, because I certainly do!!!
@@howabouthetruth2157 no worries! We like instrumentals too.
Love the fuzz lead tone you've got.
Also, I like that you've pushed the "60s" sound a little on the multitrack vocals. GTBT originally is a bit of a bridge from the 60s to the 70s - people talk about it introducing a "new sound" (and it does) but it's got so much of the 60s in it still.
Thanks!!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Yeeaahhh!
Thanks!
dam good jammin
Thanks!
is that an honest to god SINGER???? in my pfoz???
Ha, something new
@@PeoplesFrontofZeppelin Cannot wait for it!! Strapping in for those double kicks and bracing for impact
Tai 🔥 - love it ... *throwsbraonstage
Backstage pass!
@@PeoplesFrontofZeppelin- ❤️
Thanks Sweet T! Caught it !
Everything is good accept the bass sound
Collaboration !!
Hello! So I just saw your Sick Again 77 style cover and I have a question. How can I get that nice 77 tone to my bass? I really love it and I've been wondering this for months
Hi there! So for that SA sound it helps to have an Alembic. Barring that, start with new round wounds and a pick. Boost around 400hz and 800hz. You can notch the bass at 200hz and roll off under 40hz. Basically you’re boosting the mids so it cuts through. Fiddle around with that until you get the sound you like. Have fun!
@@PeoplesFrontofZeppelin alright got it! What about the EQ? How high or low should my treble, bass, etc be?
@@sysmator9986 well that is the EQ. If you’re going with just bass/mid/treble on an amp, then boost the mids pretty high. You want the bass maybe at 1 o’clock to start. You need that bottom but without it becoming undefined. Treble maybe at 12 to start, can take it lower if it’s too thin and scratchy. Don’t really need pick noise.
@@PeoplesFrontofZeppelin thank you so much!
I think prefer w/o vocals, still sounds great all around.👍
Thanks!
Great cover. Obviously superior to the Zeppelin Peoples' Front.
(Now I'll look below to see how many people have already made that joke)
Not too many! Thanks for getting it!
Don't usually like LZ covers, and I was not expecting to enjoy this one.
I was wrong
Thanks!
