man your Reiko good as hell. I'm having a hard time with him. What would you say is your overall game plan? Poke with Down 4, 1,2 combo block string mixed in with back 2, command grab or back 4, otherwise zone with shurikens when farther than midscreen?
I’d say use his his down 3 alot since it’s fast and has good range in order to stop the opponents momentum and jail them. I do that a lot after a jab to knowledge check them and to see how how often they react to the overhead or command grab after a jab. (Round 2 of the first game) And definitely spam the stars.
I appreciate u not spamming throwing stars and using tremor as a shield the whole time 🙏🏼

You have to throw with scorpion because he has no mix ups, he can only strike throw

How do break from a throw
I think you mean escape from a throw and to do that you have to throw as well within a small timing window. They teach you how to do it in tutorial

I main scorpion as well and people say that all the time, trust me with Scorpion theres not much you can do to open people up for combos, so the grab comes into play a lot for mixups
