Ingredients

Diameter 4.5cm
Thickness 4~5mm
◾ Cake flour
220g
◾ Unsalted butter
78g
◾ Baking soda
2g
◾ Sugar
100g
◾ Eggs
1개(=45.8g)
◾ Salt
2g
◾ Vanilla Oil
A few drops (Optional)
◾ Food coloring (Red, Green)
A few drops (Optional)
[Recipe]
1. Soften the butter that is not cold and make the texture like mayonnaise.
2. Add sugar and mix until the butter brightens and the texture is soft.
3. Add eggs, salt, and vanilla extract and mix.
4. Sift the flour and baking soda into the mixture.
5. Mix and knead as if cutting.
6. Divide the dough into 3 pieces and add food coloring to create the desired color.
7. Please refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
8. After refrigerating, roll it out to about 4~5mm thick and cut it with a cookie cutter.
9. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Even if you bake with the same ingredients, the required time may vary depending on the machine and the size or thickness of the dough.
