Finally with a big chunk of Slump episodes now subbed into English, we'll get discussions about the world of Dragon Ball that will include Dr. Slump. American audiences were introduced to the storyline backwards with Z first in the 90s and then Dragon Ball in the mid 2000s, and now currently Dr. Slump, which the Japanese audiences would've seen first. So naturally, American fan conversations about power scaling, plot developments, and world building were missing a 243 episode gigantic section that served as the foundation to the story they were discussing.
Glad you're not jumping on the Death Battle bandwaggon, I'm sick of every website talking about it when I search for Dragon Ball stuff. I don't understand why so many people care about a random american e-celeb show like it matters or has any authority.

It's even more blatant when you have statements in guides like chozenshuu stating that Beerus has powers that is beyond dimensionality (i'm not joking btw i've translated that statement several times and it states the same thing) as well as him and the other gods being beyond mortal logic which you could easily argue puts them above the Dr Slump characters, then you also have fighters in the tournament of power both in anime and manga affecting the world of void a realm that has no concepts of Time and Space (Dragon Ball Super Enciclopedia Del Torneo De La Fuerza), or the afterlife being stated to have no concepts of Time and being non corporeal whilst also transcending dimensions beyond the living world or even super saiyan having insane statements of being beyond measures, etc. Dragon Ball has insane scalling it's just not explored enough

Great Video! Dragon ball has come a long way and this can change everything! I was more in line with Atari-HMB's scaling of Goku being 10-11D before this video but let's see how Atari_HMB and the community sees this and if they agree with this.
if you watched his recent stream he's verry strict when it comes to outerversal scaling, as a result most series dont even reach outer. He doesnt follow the crowd like majority of people agree featherine and hajun are are high oter- boundless but he challenges those people and says nope.
Great video. Even if you discount all the dimensional tiering for Dragonball above 5D the way it's described here. Arale is basically what Superman fans wish CAS is. She pretty much surpasses the narrative multiple times. Damn so this little robot girl beats a fusion of one the strongest Superman and Beerus pretty much is capable of permanently destroying her! @@dbt4869Anime and manga are separate continuity, Gokus hakai actually does work on merged zamasu in the manga, as he's doing it and erasing zamasu, zamasu teleports to mai and grabs her so Goku can't finish it, He then regens from it because Goku didn't get to finish it. Don't claim merged zamasu isn't Immortal in manga continuity either as Goku shot him through the chest with a direct Kamehameha and he instantly regens from it and everyone is in shock that he kept immortality while fused, I believe vegito also cuts him in half or something like that and he regens from it and starts rambling about being Immortal.

Many authors of many fictions don't write transcending concept of time and space as meaning literally outerversal, it's just a figure of speech, even naruto characters like minato have "conceptual time space transcendent" statements sondo characters in one piece and fairy tail and bleach its just a common figure of speech. And powerscaling terminology shouldn't decide the meaning the author is trying to put into it
Hyperbole is a thing, however to be fair though, if you have substantiating proof of the claim being true, such as IT being able to literally transport Goku instantly to other universes, timelines and even outside the multiverse and time itself to the crack of time showing the sub space massive scope even beyond time and space . As well as no contradictions of the nature of the structure. There is no reasonable reason to assume it's hyperbole but multiple points to suggest it's beyond dimensional nature.
But for example Minato doesn't really have any substantiating proof of the thunder god technique being anything more than a pocket dimension for teleportation in his universe. He's not using it to leave the multiverse or history. Also he doesn't actually transcend or scale to the dimension anyway unlike Arale who views all DBS and it's cosmology as fiction, including the sub space. So trying to say it's an Outerversal dimension lacks substantiating evidence and wouldn't even scale in the first place.
That's my hot take on it anyway.
This is a very good method but honestly you could just take guide book statements for other world to make it outerversal. And goku and destroy the macrocasm of universe seven in base so you could just say he’s outer

Well it can at least be argued to add an infinite set of higher layers of reality. Currently I have it possibly bumping up anime Goku to Outer+ and DBH Goku to High-Outer. As for boundless that would be a tier higher. There may be other arguments for it in DB but I haven't made them in detail yet.

I will do a quick and dirty debunk in the near future for sure. They ignored a lot of structures for DB and took several DC feats way out of context for Superman to the point they feel like they are being dishonest on purpose.

After this manga panel and the picture of a universe was put into the reality machine, every individual on the panel Arale created with her gag powers was duplicated once. This only resulted in 2 Arales being created and 1 of each of the other characters that were on the panel that was put into the machine.

Reality machine has nothing to do with the claim or her doing that feat.

Even if it did make infinite duplicates of the people on the page, I can't see this being actual scaling, but a gag similar to Gwenpool shenanigans.

Sub space is said to be outside the universes, but never said to be in the hypertime either. It connects to the other universes, timelines and even outside time in the crack of time however since Goku has used IT to get to all those places, so it's scope is crazy massive.

@@SSJRyu1 Crazy how Goku managed to sense beyond the crack of time in that instance, remember that even without getting into the IT dimension, you have to first sense the ki you want to travel to to use the technique, so this alone means Goku's perception is already of higher dimensionality.

Anyway, iirc, commentary for that dbs episode years back had the voice actress claim goku held back with arale..... is it canon if a statement like this comes from the actress though and not Toriyama himself?

Technically they can reach high 1-A since the endless chain of blank pages is Outerversal+ and Beats world completely transcends that chain viewing the hierarchy for Dr.Slump and DBS as fiction, placing it at High 1-A. And if course guys like Demigra have been stated to have the power to destroy Beats world. Chamel even almost collapsed it by existing and powering up.
The only thing i disagree with is zamasu immortality being higher when goku literally was about to erase him. Two reasons it didn't fully work is one that's goku first time using it, and two zamasu literally used mai as a sheld, so he didn't get erased. Also, beerus lies alot we know this.

Because at the end of Z, he is confirmed stronger than everyone, including arale and being omnipotent (Hero's Legacy Goku), isn't nearly enough to reach boundless either, so what would he be?
If I understand correctly, you need to transcend all concepts, to be outerversal. Not just one. If we say that arale is outerversal, and goku scales to her, then goku would be outerversal. Wouldn't that mean that goku transcends concepts like time, in all aspects?
Transcending the concepts of space and time is enough for Outerversal sunce it puts you above all theoretical dimensions, even infinite.

It depends on the tiering system but for the two main ones(VSBW and CSAP) transcending all concepts isn't needed to reach outer. Under CSAP you need to either transcend dimensionality as a whole or transcend the concept of dimensionality, with transcending the concept of space actually being slightly past baseline outer. Under VSBW it's being Aleph-2 dimensionality, with how RYU described transcending the concepts of space and time would actually qualify for boundless under VSBW's tiering system(not saying transcending the concept of space and time actually is, just that that's how RYU described it as)

Personally I disagree with calling the subspace outerversal and here's why:
Our own universe is a 4th dimensional structure (3 spacial dimensions and the extra dimension of time) so when something is called "above time and space" it's should be 5th dimensional.
For something to be considered outerversal it has to transend an infinite amount of dimension.
Also seeing something as fiction doesn't make you outerversal, it just means that you are a dimension above it (like how we see 2nd dimensional objects as fiction). This would only make you outerversal only if what you're persieving as fiction already has infinite dimensions and I do believe that the dragon ball cosmology doesn't have infinite spacial dimensions.
A lot of authors love to use the word "dimension" when they talk about other universes, using both terms interchangeably (example: invincible, doom, gravity falls, etc). Also a lot of authors love to use names like "hyperspace" or "quantum" or "warp jump" without really understanding what they mean. By that logic saitama should be 5th dimensional because he interacted with a hyperspace portal.
So unless an author clearly states that they understand what spacial dimensions are, I wouldn't give their cosmology higher dimensional existence.
A good example is gurren lagann. The authors of gurren lagann have clearly stated that when making their cosmology they take inspiration from string theory and bohr cosmology. Since they understand what this is, we can give their cosmology higher dimensional existence (that's why gurren lagann can scale to 12th dimensions, although I believe it could be higher)
Personally, I would scale arale and goku at 6d to 7d at a highball.

Only Beerus erases Mashiroto who is similarly a gag character substantiating Goku's analysis of Beerus being able to erase gag characters and circumvent their powers that normally prevent them from dying in Dr.Slump. Him having a gag moment has nothing to do with Arale or anybody else overpowering him.

In Zamasu case he isn't physically as powerful as Beerus, it's his immortality that allows him to regenerate from Hakai, and only that aspect is above Beerus. So technically he does not scale to Beerus, just his regeneration is insanely broken since even Hakai can't stop it despite Hakai erasing somebody like Dr.Mashiroto who can regenerate even from being erased from the story.
