Thank you very much for stopping by and watching my truffle butter & parmesan recipe, it is one of my favourite things to have when I have friends coming around. I hope you like them just as much 😃👨🏻🍳
Thank you very much, yes they are the cheaper type of truffle that you can buy from most top end stores but they taste great with the truffle oil as well 👨🍳👍
to to elevate the humble chip to another level, add tons of truffle and you're there. Those look stunning Richard, I've never made them but my lady is a potato addict so these are on the list for a special treat. can I make an observation mate re filming in artificial light? Tell where to go but I've struggled for ages trying to achieve natural colours in the winter when daylight is an issue. Does your camera have the option for white balance? If so you can buy a grey card online for just a few quid and the difference is amazing. I'm now much happier filming with lights than I used to, it does require a bit of work but I think you'll appreciate the result. Any way hope you don't mind me sticking my nose in and have a great Christmas and new year with family Richard
Hi Matt, the problem I have is because of my kitchen layout the best place for me to film is in the conservatory where the natural light isn’t predictable so I have been filming at night under artificial light which is my best option, I have tried a white card but not a grey one so I may give that a try, thanks for the advice though much appreciated 👍
@@RichardsKitchen I feel your pain with lighting, my kitchen is poorly lit and the light differs from one end to the other, so I'm constantly resetting my camera with my grey card. For some reason the grey works better even though it's called white balance? The biggest challenge is that I often start filming with natural light and that fades as the cooking continues meaning I have to keep adjusting, do you use a camcorder or dslr or mirror camera? So we keep plugging away and trying to improve, I'm always making some changes, some are improvements and some not? Hopefully I'll never be completely satisfied with my product as that's the day I stop trying to improve.
Matt I’ve got a Canon 650d which is 5 years old now, I also use my iPhone 6 as a secondary camera which makes a good back up, I will, give the grey card a try, I used to have problems with focusing but seemed to have resolved that one, constantly trying different things to make the end result better 😀
