Eric, have only recently found your channel and so far have found nothing I disagree with. Your presentation style I find easy to follow and very clear. Never heard of a consistency calendar before seems a great idea and what I'm using this time around be (you need to promote more), consistency has always been my undoing.I chose 4 items to track: calories, protein,steps and (weights every 2nd day). Everything is Rosey so far except for protein which I just cannot get near to the suggested daily requirement of 130g. I eat chicken, sardines, shakes, eggs in addition to veg fruit etc and run out of calories (1500) before I reach my protein target? Love the videos, you were looking for ideas how about changing to just 1 video a week?

This is right on the money especially like the protein intake. I sort of limit my shit foods to one day a week where I can go out
and eat out with friends or family...normally a Saturday lunch of Friday night. Seems to work well. Lost 80 pounds last year working on that last 60.

Hi Eric! Your videos are so helpful. Quick question, I’ve been trying to research this online and haven’t seen many answers, how do you calculate your calories if you are exclusively breast-feeding? You burn about 400-500 cal a day with that. I’ve also started weightlifting, not sure if I’m screwing myself for the future by only intaking 1800 cal because when I eventually drop breast-feeding that calorie amount might not work for me anymore

I wanted to know that if I want to have no more than 3 to 4 meals a day to get in a calorie deficit and lose weight and body fat do I just increase my serving size of whatever protein and carb source to be able to do that? Hopefully this made enough sense.

I know I’m not him, but he has videos on his Tik Tok that talk about this. He emphasizes that taking your meds are important but a caloric deficit is still going to help you lose weight, you may just need to adjust.

I’ve been doing a calorie deficit for a year or two now, but I’m not seeing any results. My calorie intake is around 1200 to 1500 and I’m 36 years old and am 203 pounds
How much is 80% and how much is 20%, how do you know that you are eating 80% nutritious foods in a day/week?
my problem is my family doesn't really eat anything that healthy and I cant convince them to get healthy stuff its like im trapped doing a deficit with a poor diet
