Edit: GoShare may no longer be accepting past background checks, even within the last 3 months. Once signing up you should know for sure when you get to the background check portion shown at 8:31
They should reimburse you for the background check after earning like your first $500
I’m glad i watched this INSTEAD of that 35 minute onboarding video. Saved me time and money. So many fees 😅
Did the exact same thing
Ok, I signed up and have done a few orders and a couple things to note. Everyone in your market will see the order and the 30 second timer only starts when you go on the app. Couriers will not see many orders, it’s mainly pick-up truck orders. There is no cap on the distance. I did an order from Phoenix to San marcos Cali. And it can be worth it for the long orders. But all in I like GoShare. But also don’t forget, most companies out source their deliveries to GoShare. I’ve seen Lowe’s, Costco, sherwin-Williams, and onerail.
How much did that distance pay?
@@MrWhiteTank 395 base pay for 380 miles. Definitely not worth it dollars/miles wise. But it did have a 200 dollar tip in addition to the base pay. In my book 595 in one day is worth it(minus 60-70 in gas).
@secretchannel6232 are 200 dollar tips normal for this kind of delivery distance for you? If so that would definitely be worth it.
@@botaeng2 I don’t think it’s normal, but the high mileage ones definitely tip well. I’m pretty sure this was a “something fell of the truck” situation and they need that ducting immediately.
Red Wagon Delivers is a large order but not catering gig, and they charge for late fees and early fees! Times are extremely specific. I'm too scared to try one plus I don't have a folding wagon.
It’s been 6 months waiting for me 😂😂😂 My background check came back 4 months ago. That was a 2 month process.
Nice work
Appreciate you
good luck getting onboarded with this company. Been on the waiting list for months.
Thanks for watching Market dependent most likely, here in Pittsburgh I got onboarded after about two weeks.
Lucky me I mine activated by *LEACH_TECHZ* after 24 hours of signing up. He’s such a genius. He also got my cousin Walmart Spark account activated. I suggest you send him a request if he can be of help.
He’s on lnstagram.

I was approved in 1 week, Southern California
Great info..No profanity..My kinda guy..I gave you a Like
I see a lot of comments that the background check takes months. I’m curious if you are all new to getting them done through their checker platform? I have done gig work for 3 years and mine came back right away. Now I guess it’s just the next phase. I’m just wondering if it’s because I have had multiple checks and it came back quicker. Hang tight hopefully it goes through.
Totally agree with you on that stupid test too. I got 95 and yes, they didn't put a delivery limit in the video. I got that one wrong too. Dumb that they don't even tell you the correct answer. If this is how they run the company then I have my doubts about them.
I'm stilll waiting on the background to finally go through. Seems to be taking a looooong time.
Anyone here in the Nashville market delivering?
Thanks Mike I applied months ago and I stay in Miami the only thing I’m waiting on is the vehicle check.. I did the one with the picture but they haven’t approved it yet you think I should just do the video inspection where you load it to UA-cam then to them?
Haven’t gotten to that point yet as I’m waiting to get approved on my uploaded background check
I'm currently onboarding. Hopefully I get through it quickly because its estimated to take 6-8 weeks.
Thanks for sharing I’ll keep everyone posted
@YourDriverMike Update. It took 4 weeks for the background check to finish and about 1 day for GoShare to review. GoShare just needs to review my docs.
How long do they take to review the vehicle documents??
@@leypon About 3 days max.
What city are you in?@@FacelessEnt.1920
I think the goal for them is to have a pro team not amateurs that cancel, can't show up on time and do unnecessary stuff well on the job.... think about it if u where the owner competing with all of these other platforms you want a pro team not just anybody... God bless
Honestly, I kinda like the fees. A lot less losing big orders to other drivers blind clicking.
Great point, if someone “squats” on an order they’re going to be punished where it hurts for cancelling, their wallet
It took me forever to get on this app. The vehicle inspection was supposed to be detailed and they said I needed to people so I could have someone videoing . It was a joke and in 2 weeks I have only had one offer. The offer popped up but there was no sound and as soon as I pulled it up to look at it, it was gon - only $28 for a lot of time. Idk if this will be worth it and with all these penalties they can assess it is a little scary. I would like to make up my background check money first though.... Thanks for this..I think ha
What city are you in?
How long it takes to complete background checks and everything
Zifty charges a $10 cancelation fee.
Another app or company charges a fee is Angi's List
Is there anyone in the Chicago area that can speak on their experience with GoShare?
How is the pay, wait time, round trip distance etc.?
With Spark it's a race to accept before someone else does. I dislike that! If I am driving, how do I have time to even look and accept. Also, the notification is not loud/distinctive enough. I have not found a way to change the "tune".
Spark should make it like door dash to where the order goes to you and it’s either accept it or not
i got onboard in a few weeks keep emailing them i did daily they will put u on asap but i paid 154$ for background check to work for nothing 13 bucks isn't buying much
Are those the runs you’re seeing? $13?
yes out of the 20 offers most were 13$
13$ for 20 miles 22 miles@@YourDriverMike
I'm confused 48 hrs? how far in advance am I accepting these orders
i would love to see screen shots of these big offers 45$ an hour then ill no its my area im in Raleigh NC
Thanks for sharing, once I’m able to see some order examples I’ll report back
That’s absurd with those cancellation fees. $50 for no show!?! 😮😮😮
Yep! Better not no show 😯
50$ background check fee too I’ve worked a lot of places and never had to pay for my own background fee
@@realspilltv4494 The only time I can remember that a company inform me that I had to pay for background check was with Amazon and their delivery truck/van driver position (as an employee for them and way before flex came into picture). I think it was $15, but along with background check, it also includes a pair of their uniforms.
It says in their terms that “You affirm, under penalty of perjury, that you operate a licensed pick-up and delivery business and had clients for whom you performed pick-up and delivery prior to entering into this Agreement.” Does this mean I can’t do this job if I am not a “business”? Will I have to create a “business” to legally do this?
good question...
They treat you as a business because you work under the 1099 as an independent contractor, you should not open a business.
Can you talk about the pay for Goshare pay? couriers here in Phoenix way less than $1 dollar per mile a order from Phoenix to Tucson 113 miles the pay is $80 😅😅😅 the worst of the worst! Ever app you guys only talk about the positive side not the negative
He’s on lnstagram.
I was looking in to this but never mind I am in Phoenix to jaja . Are you working with any other company @mariomena1284
What are we delivering
ok did anyone actually find out the answer to the question Mike missed? I didn't catch it and I watched the video twice!
This is the only question I missed, I wasn’t able to find the answer as well. My score was a 97.3%
You didn't cover the vehicle inspection.
Got 92.5% without watching the intro video. Almost did as good as you with common sense.
I agree most of these gig tests (the few that do test you) are very simple but I couldn't in good faith just skip everything if I'm doing a video on it haha had to sit through it!
😂😂😂 just like me, how crazy😂
I emailed a background check to them I got when I signed up for dispatch and they said they couldn't use that so they still make u pay for it even if u have a background check already.
Lucky me I mine activated by *LEACH_TECHZ* after 24 hours of signing up. He’s such a genius. He also got my cousin Walmart Spark account activated. I suggest you send him a request if he can be of help.
He’s on lnstagram.
Ugh. I just emailed them with a copy. Sucks 😭😭
I did not pay for background
i dont even need to watch the video to say LOL yea right keep dreamin
They have no jobs. That's the simple truth. I called support this morning and the response was: It may be slow in your area. So for 3days no work and thats slow? Even when you get a job request its gone before you open the app!! lol. Plus i paid $159 for NY background check and after a month still waiting to make back my expenses!!! lol
id do a chargeback on these fools real talk
@@AmericanMayan^ chargeback
Forget them
Better places to drive for.
I got a 85 😊
Hey Mike are you on Marijuana
He is medically approved it is none of your business anyway
goshare looks like it mainly wants big vehicles to delivery big items. is anyone doing this with a car who could give any feedback?
I felt the same with Dispatch, they like those pallet and other LTL deliveries
i got on board right away but it pays peanuts 13$ for 22 mile job 46$ to drive 4 big tires 66 miles almost all offers so far have been under 20$ and 30 to 40 miles from me pays peanuts at least what i see so far i hope offers get better but so far its a joke
Sounds like Roadie where they pay $1/mile or less and classify it as “well it’s intended for if you’re already headed in the direction” kinda thing
Hi same thing here in Phoenix way less than $1 dollar per mile moving huge tires
did it ever get better?
no roadie frayt all pay very low out Here in NC roadie offers 6$ for 18 miles i stick with my regular job sometimes medical courier and i do DHL or FEDEX they pay very good but its last minute calls up to 500$ for 6 to 8 hours if i get called i take off & do DHL @@awarism7020
It is the worst company to work with they want you to pay everything start from background check to all the fees you see on this video.
And yes as A customer I can give A broken and wrapped TV to be delivered, you take it somewhere, then I will claim it came to me broken.
Now I'm going get refund and you will end up paying for it, let say the delivery cost was $50 now after my claim you will end up with -$1000.
Good luck with that
hmm, from what I seen on the video, you're suppose to take a picture of the items before loading, or at least that's what I'm going to do.
Task rabbit is 25 dollars.
Damn, they are going to make money for people being late or blowing them off
Pretty much, pros and cons I guess, weeds out those that would just cancel without penalty - like even on Flex you can cancel shifts all the time up to 45 minutes before the start time.
The fee thing makes sense
Hey Mike stop lying the pay is not close to great!
The pay in Phoenix AZ is literally trash Goshare is making the money not the drivers
Zifty charges you $10 for canceling
2500 ml
Thanks Mike! GoShare sounds awful! Lol 😅
We’ll see, could be stellar could be awful. Once I’m able to see their actual order examples I’ll report back
The questionnaire is so stupid lol
goshare background check is $150
Go share probably makes most of their money from cancelations 😅
The onboarding video is sooooo bad, they should have you re do it for them!
Worst app ever, even worse customer service, they will take your pay and kick you off the app if you speak up about it. Boycott this corrupt app company. You definitely don't need them.
Waste of my time . Yea wasted an hour on the application process them to be asked to pay $154 for a “background “ check
FU GoShare
No thank you.
These jobs are $15 an hour tops... I worked for all of them... some days it's 7.25 an hour federal minimum wage... these people are idiots
The cancellation policy ALONE makes GoShare worthless to me. I am a Correctional Officer for my main job. Some of my duties require me to mobilize within a certain amount of time after being called in, even on my days off. I cannot share why my schedule is like that when a typical CO is not. If you know, you know. That means I may need to cancel in a time period that requires a fee. Also, that policy is actually illegal.
No thanks
45x40x52= $93,600 per year
We’ll see what they pay here in Pittsburgh! Averaging $45/hr is a huge claim. Granted they do say the ol reliable “up to”
Onboarding is a joke. Takes months on the wait list.
Its no different than your high school crush...its worth it though😅
What city are you in?
Sorry Mike you are a liar Goshare is not the highest pay in the industry and I have proof of that most of the times is way less that $1 dollar per mile please speak the truth
what a 🤡 of a company lol
Worst App
GOSHARE does not cultivate buisness. They are very poorly managed!
