I'm not a big visual mods guy, but this is something I need to do with mine. I have the black with brownish-orange ("Sienna") color interior, so I'm not sure what color stitching accents to go with (black C6Z)??? Maybe just go with the red stitching and red stripe on the wheel like you did and let it be different than the rest of the interior. It's either that or just all black.
I love the look and feel of Alcantara, but I know it doesn't seem to wear on steering wheels all that well, so I'd likely opt for the black perforated leather.
