It is said that 7.83 Hz is the “heartbeat” of our planet Earth. Better known as Schumann resonance, named after physicist Winfried Otto Schumann, who documented it mathematically in 1952, research has shown that this particular frequency can be very useful to us.
The 7.83 Hz frequency lies within the range of the “Theta” brain waves (4 to 8Hz). Theta brain waves may occur when we are drifting off to sleep or suspended in that light phase of sleep, just before we wake up. It is believed that Theta waves are important for processing information and making memories. Scientific experiments have also shown that, tuning into 7.83 Hz, people experience not only benefits like deep relaxation, harmony, stability and well-being, enhanced creativity and intuition, but also a deep feeling of grounding, of being rooted and of “homecoming”.
The healing Solfeggio frequency of 741Hz is known to resonate particularly well with the cells and organs of our body and help remove toxins and infections. It promotes a healthier and more stable life. Spiritually, emotionally and physically. The frequency of 741 Hz also helps us to liberate ourselves from negative energy, as well as from all emotional restrictions, negative influence and blockages that are associated with. Ive always seen sleep as a scary and uncomfortable thing, but over the past few years ive come to your music to help ground and calm myself when fear loops in my head. How long and often do I need to listen to these to have the affect
There is no specific rule as of how you can or should listen to this music. Every person has different needs and reacts differently to music, frequency and sound. If you are comfortable with the music playing for the entire length of the video, then let it play. If you prefer to hear the music for a shorter time, then stop it whenever it feels right. Always listen carefully to your body, your heart and your spirit and pay close attention to the signs they give you. They will let you know if something is good for you or not. And they are never wrong! … 😉 🧡
