The heritage of our ancestors can influence our lives on all levels: physical, mental and spiritual. Positively, but also negatively. It can be traumas, anxieties, illnesses, infirmities, pain and much more, from which we suffer in our present life, but whose cause we have never experienced ourselves.
By understanding the impact our ancestral lineage has on our well-being, we can find ways to honor their legacy and heal their negative influences.
To begin the process of ancestral healing, it is important to invite our ancestors into our hearts and awaken the connection that is deeply rooted within us. Deep meditation can help establish the connection and allow the healing energy to flow.
The frequency of 111Hz, also known as “Divine frequency” is said to be a “holy” frequency, allowing deepest states of meditation and connecting to higher spheres of consciousness. According to scientific reports, MRI scans have shown that - when listening to 111 Hz - our brain reduces prefrontal cortex activity and slows down the so-called “language center”, inducing a phase at exactly 111 Hz. This reaction results in a divine level of meditation. A state of trance that is said to allow connection with the universe, or a spiritual guide.

I love healing while I sleep, it helps me sleep and have vivid dreams and I also feel like a brand new person when I rise. I like to go from listening to frequencies to affirmations, it’s an on going process and I know it helps me in the long run. Thank you, I love this channel and I trust in wholeheartedly.

It's just the ego mind. Once spirit clears those around you, thoughts like these come up so it thinks it can try to stay in control. Clear it with the opposite positive affirmations and it will start to leave you alone. Same goes for being happy and positive. Just change your thoughts with I am statements and your reality will change to match them ❤
