Guys, we used an actor to portray Faust, the protagonist of our album based on Goethe’s Faust. In this song, James’ voice represents Faust’s conscience, speaking to himself in his study, reflecting on how everything he has studied throughout his life does not represent real knowledge.
Gran pezzo evocativo con un climax crescente e sviluppo molto equilibrato lungo la durata del pezzo. Atmosfera calda e allo stesso tempo potente. Il connubio delle due voci azzeccato! Grandi Stranger Vision! In bocca al lupo per tutto.
I'm confused -- Labrie is not in the video. Was his part just AI? I'd like to see this band issue a statement that his part was in fact recorded and explain why he's not in the video.
James LaBrie lent his voice to our project, portraying the protagonist Faust’s conscience. This is why he doesn’t appear physically in the videos, but his presence is crucial as he represents the inner dialogue guiding the protagonist throughout the six interconnected videos. In Nothing Really Matters, the protagonist speaks to himself in a deep confrontation with his conscience.
Love this song 👍🤘🤘🤘
Que surpresa, ótima música. Labrie tá cantando bem demais. Ivan Adami tem um timbre absurdo. Não o conhecia.
semplice, ben fatta , musicalmente ottima, anche questo pezzo bello, continuate così
James looks a little different in the clip :) Good song, by the way.. Banger!
James doesn't appear in this video clip! 😁
@@TITOCOLACOno but a guy pretending to be James does. Lip syncing his parts. Haha
Bro, I was like, where'd they get this washed up banker singing like JL 😅

@@StrangerVision ok thanks its just really weird to hear his voice and have members lipsyncing it in the video. I enjoyed the song
Its simple. The band finished the budget in the studio. They could not afford plane ticket & accomodation for James, when shooting this video...
Well, you certainly mastered the art of Petrucci-like guitar solo excess, and, no, that's not a compliment.
