@@ScottClintonPhotography I haven’t cut them together, just based on projects needs…But they definitely looks incredibly different. The Meike’s are super clean in comparison, but still have a nice look all things considered! It’s a great A + B kit in comparison!
You did the one thing I didn't think was possible - shoot a wedding on anamorphics. I've always thought it'd look amazing, but felt like it would be very risky with the limited focal ranges. With the B Set hitting the market, we practically have that full set now...if I fork over the cash for it that is. Right now I'm waffling if I pick up the 45, the new 50, or the 65 as my first lens.
Yes! I posted this RIGHT after they released it, but couldn't get my hands on them, so thought I'd still mention. I think at this point, unless their CATO series is a knockout...it's still the best budget option!
Very good! Have you tested the Blazar Remus lenses on the GH5 or GH6 cameras? So far I haven't found any reviews of these lenses on micro four thirds cameras.
@@ericlaurence69 I did (when I used my GH5) shoot with a speedbooster, which effectively made the sensor “size” full frame, so I would bet it works beautifully with that .71 booster!
Yes (kinda) The barrel distortion mainly comes from the lens' curve, so I think sensor stabilization might make it more noticeable. The Komodo doesn't have any, so I don't see any extra
Great review! Loved the different shoot samples.
How are these compared to your Meike's? Have you done any projects where you cut together both?

Great review! What's the magical sounding music?
Loved this 🤘🇨🇦 good job on the long term review

They're full frame lenses, so it is very unlikely that someone shoots it on MFT.

Excellent! I will soon buy the lenses and test them on the GH7. Thanks for the answer. @@CameronGallagher
blazar also does have an apcs 35mm lens
Hey does you get the warpy look even with anamorphic image stabilization turned on?

You should check out the B Set :) and we'll get a 33mm FF soon
Great video. I love my new 50mm
