Excellent...instructive and beautifully demonstrated. A much needed video for the masses, especially the discussion regarding style and length of trousers. You might appreciate this tip... It involves a car product. I have found that the white wall cleaner for tires is perfect for the white on the soles of my shoes. I'm very careful and spray it onto the cloth first and then rub the cloth over the marks. Takes them off brilliantly.

Thanks for this video. I have recently started adding sneakers into my style outside the gym. These tips are very helpful for elevating sneakers to chic. I also try to pay attention to the profile of the sneaker on my foot (which maybe why I shy away from chunky), I am 5’8” with a US size 8 foot so I often like to elongate my foot for balance, thus sneakers are a new look to get used to - I see how chunky may work for me with your tips - Cheers!

I absolutely love leggings. stopping at the ankle, and slip on sneakers. Oversized sweater, or tee+long cardigan. My go-to for aaaaages!

I have a top for those of us in not-so-cold of weather! Since I don't really wear jackets as much, I try to balance out the clunkiness of the dad-shoe on the bottom with a baggier/boxier/chunkier top. If you wear fitted trousers and a fitted top as well, it makes the shoes look GIANT

I love that bag. I know this really basic but I wear trainers a good bit to my work I work in retail on my feet all I have got a pair a black skechers so I will go fully black or black trousers or jeans black and it just all blends in.

Andrea Pirringer I follow a lady on Instagram in her 60’s who has grey hair. She wears hoodies, sneakers and baseball caps and looks incredible!
The rules don’t apply anymore, it’s all about how you wear it not what age you are!
Play around with looks. Even if you do it in a store dressing room or buy the cheapest hoodie you can find and experiment with it. X
@@Sam_A_ I like to wear baseball caps. They fit every age, just like polo shirts. They are classic and sporty. Hoodies look a bit to much "American style" for me.

Sitting at home in this freezing rain and snow that we’ve got in Toronto - winters suck since I can’t really sport my nicer shoes outside as they’ll get ruined by the snow and salt.
Anyway! I just got the fendi rokoko sneakers you put in your thumbnail off LVR using my points! I’ve yet to wear them. They are a bit too logo mania for what I’m used to, but the brown is quite neutral - and they are so cute! I plan to wear them with slim cut trousers as the shoes are quite low on the ankle. My favourite are the on the fly pants from lululemon (the stretchy pants that look like pants but aren’t real pants - lol).
I just cannot think of what to wear on top for a dressier look. A blazer?

I'm a sneaker head, trainers, and lifestyle sneakers are also great choices. Never high top basketball shoes, I wear joggers with trainers. I pick a quality bucket bag and leather moto jacket or a light weight vegan jacket with a crossbody bag most times😊

How do you keep white sneakers clean?
My favorite way is with shin or ankle length skirts with a high front or side slit. I have nice legs and It's my thing because I love grandma chic, lol.
